Great experience! It was my first time in a long time going to the dentist and I was very nervous ,but they made me feel comfortable upon arrival . They were very professional, friendly, and informative. They gave me helpful information about my teeth and a breakdown cost of everything that I needed done. They also worked with me on how to plan the treatment so my payments could be affordable as well. I would recommend visiting and will be going back again.

I have been a patient at Hot Smile for nearly a year and have had a great experience! Dr. Brooks made me feel very comfortable, safe, and well taken care of! She always goes out of her way to explain things and really learns about her patients. The office staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Very clean facilities and equipment. Overall, this dental practice feels like home. It’s family-owned and operated and it shows. They make all patients feel important and treat you like a member of the family. I am a new client to Hot Smile and everyone there is so friendly from the beginning of your appointment to the end. The patient coordinators, dental assistants, and Doctors all are very polite and knowledgeable about their respective duties. They have a healthy balance of telling you what is in the best interest of your oral health but not being to pushy to feel like your being forced to pay for services you don’t want or need. I will continue to be a client for them because of their professionalism.

I was a first time patient, so I was hesitant, because my past experience was not well with other dental hygienists. I was instructed to arrive early to fill out paperwork. I came early as instructed when I got there I was told that they were having a meeting and I can have a seat. Shortly after, I received the paperwork to complete. once done I returned it to the window. Shortly after, I was escorted back to my room. I had my teeth x-ray, cleaned and explained the findings of the x-ray. I was informed step by step what would be taken place. The staff were all nice, pleasant and helpful when speak with. When speaking with Dr, Wilson-Brooks I felt my concerns was heard and acknowledged. I even have the pleasure of meeting Dr. Wilson-Brooks daughter Dr. Brooks. I would recommend this dental practice for treatment. The knowledge that was given to me , make me regret not going to see a dentist for over 10 years.
