My biggest beef would be lack of communication, CLEAR communication. Dentist did not explain procedures well enough, seemed in a hurry. Was my first time there and was expecting just a cleaning and ended up with a temporary crown and told that I needed to come back for a cleaning, a crown lengthening and new crown fitting. What was not explained was I had to wait after crown lengthening and come back for another crown mold and then come back to fit new crown. Came back for cleaning and crown lengthening and waited 45 minutes in the chair after my cleaning with no communication as when the next procedure would be. Also was never given medicated mouthwash they said I was getting.

Took care of business quickly. Not a long wait in the waiting room. Dentist is humorous with answers and makes one feel comfortable while there but yet very serious about his profession. Very honest and upfront. Likes general talk too. Staff is very much at ease and helps you feel like they are interested in listening and just general conversation instead of just for the reason you’re there.

I love coming here. The staff here and Dr. Z are the best. The dental hygienists are really gentle and kind too. They are the friendliest people and they care about you. I've gotten my regular cleanings and a crown done here for a couple years now with zero issues. It's easy to make an appointment online but I usually call because they're so quick to respond. I've never have to wait either as long as you get there on time.

The hygienist provided the most gentle and thorough cleaning I've ever had and got rid of stains I could see immediately after my last cleaning at a different dentist office. Dr. Z was very friendly and informative and I didn't feel any sales pressure on anything. Good office, good staff, clean happy teeth.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilliard Rome Road location. However the Hard Road location left much to be desired. I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment and was barely greeted. I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half with barely any communication from the staff. I went to the reception desk during this wait to check to see if my x-rays had been sent and reviewed from the Rome Hilliard branch. I also wanted to reconfirm that cost of the procedure AND my insurance coverage. The account clerk seemed very put out by my questioning. Then to my surprise the cost of this procedure was going to be twice what had been quoted to me by the Rome Hilliard branch. I waited a few more minutes and then decided just to leave and find someplace else. Very poor customer service. Plus was not pleasant to sit in a room and watch another person to get all their procedures. They definitely need some kind of privacy screens there
