Great Expressions Dental Centers - Dublin

Everyone I have met at Great Expressions is kind and compassionate. The care is great and the staff take time to explain the dental care they perform as well as the specifics of my insurance and what is covered. My visits at Great Expressions are enjoyable!

She deep cleaned so well without pain. I could relax and get the best outcome. Also they caught a filling that needs replaced and I'll be charged only 35. I will stick with this dental office. They are the best!! Staff are always warm to me, it's a pleasure coming here 😁

This review is for my wife. She had dentures made at a different place and had a very very bad experience where there dentures were so big they would fall out of her mouth and this company told her that's normal and get used to it. We then visited my dentist at great expressions and they were so kind and helpful to get and was able to get her into dentures that for perfectly!! I just want to thank everyone they're and would recommend them to anyone!!

I am not one to write reviews, but my experience here wasn’t good so I thought I would share. This location is not clean. Open packages on the floor, hair on my chair, containers of wipes open next to medical equipment. Communication was poor in that I signed up to come to a new patient cleaning and then they shared they don’t do cleanings on the first visit. When I shared I took time off of work and it wouldn’t be easy to come back quickly, the dentist himself offered to do the cleaning, which was kind, but the cleaning was 5 minutes long and very aggressive. Lastly, when I came back to get my occlusal guard, the scheduler shared to block off 15 minutes for the appointment. I was the first one there at 8. The dentist didn’t even show up in the building until 830. I wasn’t seen until 845.

Obviously my experience could have been a one-off. Also some other staff members were quite kind. However, I will not be returning on the sheer basis of cleanliness.

I always have a great visit with Dr.Z! Everyone in the office is so great and personable. They always listen to my concerns and help me come up with a game plan for my dental work.

Really shady practices.

Went for a free consultation that apparently wasn't free. They tried to bill my insurance for payment. Talk about false advertising.

Avoid them.

These reviews are fake, just read them. No one raves that much about a dental experience unless they have an $$$$ incentive. Life pro tip.

Both my husband and I had the same experience. We went in for a cleaning but they only took x-rays and said the hygienist wasn't there. If the hygienist wasn't going to be there then they should have called us to let us know that our visit would be a waste of time! Would have given one star but the dental assistant was very nice. Basically not thrilled.

About a month ago I had horrible tooth pain and a friend recommended Great Expressions in Dublin. I called and the receptionist worked to get me in that day! The whole staff worked to alleviate my anxiety for my first root canal and explained the whole process so I felt comfortable. Everyone was super kind and I will definitely be back.

I needed a lot of dental work done including a root canal from neglecting my teeth for 40 yrs out of fear. I told them I was TERRIFIED. Had the root canal done with no pain, and he explained what he was doing through the whole procedure. Now I'm on a plan of treatment that will take 5 more appts. No pressure or sales pitch. He is always kind and gentle. Highly recommend! Just a side note, the review that states we are all paid to give a great review is wrong at least for me. In fact, I had an implant done last month, and the oral surgeon was so good. It was fast and painless, and I healed up fast. She and her assistant were so nice and understanding at how afraid I was. I’m writing this review bc most people are scared of the dentist, and you don’t have to be at this place. Also, they have remodeled the office so it is very nice and clean aside from the floors being dusty bc they aren’t quite done yet. I won’t go anywhere else! My fees have always been competitive. I research every time.

Terrible experience. I’ve never had a bad experience like this. I went to get a filling to get some minor decay removed per the doctors words. Now I am having to get a root canal. I Had to go to the office 3 times for him to try and fix it They asked me to come back for a 4th time and I said no thank you. Needless to say I’ll never recommend this place.
