I have always had good service at Great Expressions. This was the first time I had been at this location. Service was great, people are really very nice and I liked the dentist a lot. Did a good job on my teeth.

Seemed much more interested in selling up charge services. Wouldn't clean my husband's teeth unless he paid hundreds of dollars for a deep cleaning. They also didn't follow the format of the cleanings that we had determined so both kids were waiting on me to get my teeth cleaned instead of one and then the other. Very painful. Brought back many memories of my childhood fear of the dentist. We won't be back.

The team at Great Expressions have been awesome to work with. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The dentist and orthodontist took their time to explain my issues and all of my options.

Really was impressed with how you knew what the insurance covers before I leave the office. My last dentist did a procedure and then sent it to Humana. Needless to say I had a large balance to pay.

I had an emergency tooth situation and they were able to get me in right away. And, this was my first visit! The staff couldn't have been nicer and the dentist explained everything as he went along. It will be easy to go back!

Dr. Zeleznikn is a wonderful doctor! Very personable and genuine. Takes time to provide you with a very clear explanation of what you’re experiencing and the path forward (with options) to remedy it. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. I LOVE working with this doctor.

Super nice, professional, knowledgeable. Went in for a dental concern, they did not speak in any negative manner about the situation. I do need to go back in for a root canal procedure that I am a little nervous about, but I am confident they will take good care of me!

Went in for what I thought was a routine cleaning and they did my xrays and proceeded to tell me I needed to make another appointment for a cleaning and any work I needed done. Total waste of time. I asked my new dentist office if that was normal and the Receptionist said no and she has worked at multiple dentist offices and she hasn't heard of that. AVOID.

Have been to Reynoldsburg and this location - both have provided great customer service in person. They did miss on shipping my trays but more than made up for it with some old school customer service you don't always see anymore. Very impressed. Thank you!

I simply cannot say enough good things about the staff at Great Expressions in Dublin! After having the same dentist my entire life up until a few years ago, I had reservations about finding a new practice. But the staff here have taken excellent care of my teeth, and of me. I am a difficult patient when it comes to most dental work, but Dr. Z and the rest of the team go out of their way to be kind to me and try to put me at ease. As to the quality of their work, my smile is a testament to that: I've had some (unorthodox!) orthodontic work, fillings, and cleanings, all of which have improved the health and appearance of my teeth. I'll keep coming back as long as they'll let me! =)
