This place has screwed up my billing for a surgery back in September 2018. The managers from the billing department along with the local office has failed to do their jobs properly. They continue to give me the run around and never call back or follow up. But I’m receiving threatening letters now of possible collections. I definitely will be seeking legal action and filing a complaint with the board if this issue is not solved immediately.

The staff was very friendly! I broke a crown on my front tooth at night, and they got me in next day for a temporary. The permanent just came in and it looks great! Way better than my old crown from another dentist. Thanks for referring us Patty!

This dentist REFUSED TO CLEAN MY TEETH and tried to SCAM ME.
On my first visit the doctor did not even look at my teeth, they took my periodontal measurements and tried to tell me I needed a deep cleaning immediately. When I said I was not interested at this time due to financials, he REFUSED TO CLEAN MY TEETH or discuss a future treatment plan. I have had my measurements taken several times at other practices and never had a dentist refuse to treat me just b/c I didnt have hundreds of dollars to drop immediately.
FIND ANOTHER DENTIST. This one is only looking extort money from potential patients.

Staff is super friendly, appointments are quick, dentist owns the teeth he fixes in cases of future issue. I've never felt more welcome or comfortable at the dentist.

Worst dentist! I had my teeth cleaned by Dr Z. ,,took him a total of less than 5 minutes. Doesn't have a hygentist and he did a so called cleaning himself. It definitely was not a thorough anything. Don't trust your teeth to this guy.

I just got home from my dental cleaning today and I am in a lot of pain. The cleaning today was the most painful cleaning I've ever had in my 35 years. From the time the lady started til the time she finished I was bleeding and in a lot of pain. Then at the end of the cleaning she dug into my gums and it felt like she dug out flesh from my mouth. After that I told her to stop. When she did finally stop I felt like someone took a jackhammer to my head. Lots of pain at the end, and my tooth is still hurting from where she dug into my gum line. I will not be going to this location ever again and I am looking for a new dentist now.

Filing an official complaint. been 6 months since i requested dental records and i have to call back constantly. completely over it. do not come here. im not one to write reviews but the level of customer service i've received here is so outstandingly awful it feels negligent to not let you know how bad it is.
