I haven't been to a dentist in years due to anxiety. Smile Innovations went above and beyond to ease my apprehension. Super friendly staff with thorough explanations for everything. For the first time in a long time, I actually felt like I was involved with my care versus receiving a paper at the end detailing what happened during a quiet visit. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit and the entire staff made me feel so welcome. Dr. Gioiello is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have anxiety coming to the dentist and she was so comforting and supportive. And the best part? They have a cute pumpkin contest in the waiting room. I love it here !

I have never been so impressed the first time going to a new dentist! The moment I sat in that chair I already knew I was coming back from there on out. Most of the places I've been to are very dark, monotoned, and dreary. But not Smile Innovations The staff is super friendly, plus the office is comfortable and upbeat. My hygienist, Dana, was so sweet and explained everything she was doing/going to do. Which I love because I get nervous at the dentist sometimes, but she made my experience so enjoyable. I'm already bragging about this place to my friends and family. 10/10 recommend :)

Wonderful visit. Kim helped me with my insurance, Making sure I was covered. The doctor was very personable and I even got a hand written thank you note for visiting. I returned for a cleaning with Lisa who did a fantastic job. All around I felt seen, heard, and taken care of!

Fantastic dental practice. Dana is a wonderful technician. She works very hard to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Gioiello, is a wonderful dentist that really cares about her patients. The front staff is kind and very helpful with scheduling and answering any questions. I love the extra tech that is involved at this practice, they are at the cutting age of all things dental! My wife and I will be forever patients of Smile Innovations.

Listen, I haven't been to a dentist in almost 12 years. The amount of anxiety that I had going in and making this appointment was crazy. However, meeting everyone there it quickly eased. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office lol. Everyone was super friendly, told you everything that you needed to know and answered any and all questions. I can tell I'm gonna love coming here and this will be my permanent dentist.

A great visit to a new dental practice! My dentist, Whitney Gioiello and her team were exceptional. There is alot of work to do and I am confident that my issues will be handled with outstanding care. Going to the dentist is certainly not my favorite thing to do but I am not dreading my upcoming appointments. 5 starts and 5 hearts!!

I enjoyed the clean up a ton. The facility is very clean and nice. They provided coffee and water in the waiting room which I really appreciated. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I also got some free goodies when I was finished with my check up.
