SCAM ALERT!!!! They will not tell you that your insurance is not accepted by their office until after services are rendered. They will then LIE and say they told you.
They charged me $250.00 for a cleaning that took about a half-hour. I saw the dentist for probably 30 seconds.
Why would anyone have dental insurance and then knowingly go to a dentist that doesn't accept it?
I am considering filing a complaint with the Ohio State Dental Board based on this office's deceptive billing practices. This office has made NO attempt to resolve this matter with me.

The staff are all super sweet and welcoming! I came here to get my braces done, but i’ve grown to love the place, and along with the new renovations, i would recommend this place to anyone!
