StoneRidge Dental Care

I've been here 3 times & had a terrible experience each time. Quoted me $300+ on fillings & had them done somewhere else for $30. They also cancelled my appointment, so I missed using my insurance benefits for FY 2021. They are also late on your appointments. I changed my provider since then.

I have always been self conscious about my smile, and it had truly effected so many things about myself. With the help of Dr. Patel and so many others at Stoneridge I was able to get my smile exactly where I wanted it in less than a year! I feel so confident and would recommend this place to anyone. I’ll definitely be back for any future services I may need.

Dr. Patel and all of the staff are great to work with in receiving top-notch dental care. I can't say enough good things about Dr. P, Mara, Jen, Remy and everyone else there. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism are very much appreciated. I woudn't go anywhere else!

This is a wonderfully organized office. The Staff is obviously concerned with your "dental" care and attention to detail is obvious.

I had an exceptional experience at Stoneridge Dental last Thursday. I had an appointment later in the afternoon and I could tell that the office was busy. However, everyone in the office was observant of their surrounding so that each patient felt important and not rushed. Everyone was genuinely warm and welcoming throughout my visit, even those who did not work with me.

Dr. Moberger answered my questions and concerns appropriately. I received botox treatment that same day from Dr. Moberger and I appreciated her thorough but conservative approach rather than jumping in and doing too much right away.

Jenn, Dr. Moberger, and Remi did a phenomenal job at welcoming me to the office and I am looking forward to bringing the rest of my family to this office!

To say that I am very underwhelmed by the lack of professionalism is an understatement. They cancelled my appointment without me knowing because I did not fill in the medical intake forms but they did not say that if this was not completed by the date/time that the appointment will be cancelled nor did they have the decency to to inform me of this in the email or while I was making the appointment. I am a physician and took of time for this appointment and they think by offering me another appointment that this acceptable. This is not. I have to take off time from by patients/day because of your inconsiderate staff. My suggestion make it VERY clear how your practice runs. I didn't even walk in the door and i have a very bad experience for a dental emergency that I have already had to wait a week for!

This was my first time visiting stoneridge dental in gahanna location and I found it vey nice and inviting. Great office and the staff are very friendly know you by name. Most of all, They have exceptional hygienist named Suzan. She is so helpful. The first time you meet her you feel like you have been a friend with her for long time. She has many years experience, knows what she is doing, and I high recommend her!!!

I have moved around quite a bit, so I have been to dentists in Baltimore, Boston, Chicago and all over Columbus, and I have never been to an office where the staff was so nice, the office so bright and modern, and the treatment so pleasant and painless. Some dental offices feel like an emotionally cold hospital. This one felt more like a warm and friendly home. Every single employee exudes kindness, compassion, and good humor.

I have had two appointments at Stoneridge. The first was for a cleaning and exam. Ellie at the front desk greeted me warmly as soon as I came. Remi is, without a doubt, the best hygienist I have ever seen, thorough, with a feather light touch, and the warmest, kindest, friendliest demeanor you could ever ask for. Dr. Patel was also wonderfully friendly and good-humored (and he broke the news that I could use a few fillings gently and without a trace of pressure or judgment). Janetta, the office manager, also made me feel happy and welcome as I scheduled my next appointment. I’m sorry I didn’t get to meet even more of the staff—they seem great, too. Everyone smiled at me, and Mike, the hygienist in the adjoining room, poked his head in for some friendly banter at one point.

My second appointment was to get three fillings, I have had (unfortunately) several fillings in my life, and I’ve gotten them at several different dentists, but I have never had an experience as comfortable as at Stoneridge.

These fillings were in my lower teeth, and other dentists have had a lot of trouble getting me numb on the bottom in the past. However, Dr. Patel got me 100% numb on the first try, and I didn’t feel one single thing during the entire procedure. He also made it completely clear that if I felt even the slightest twinge, I should let him know so he could stop and get me totally numb—not like some other dentists who act like they to expect you to tough it out if they have trouble getting you numb!

Tara, the EFDA specialist who assisted Dr. Patel, was equally friendly and clearly extremely skilled as well. She even got me a warm pillow to make sure I was extra comfortable.

These were also probably the fastest fillings I’ve ever gotten. All three were done in less time than some offices have taken to do a single filling. But the process didn’t feel rushed, either. Tara and Dr. Patel were a great team. They checked and tweaked my bite meticulously until everything felt completely natural.

The fillings feel great now. Unlike with some past procedures at other offices, I’ve had zero pain or cold sensitivity in those teeth. What a wonderful experience, start to finish. I will definitely be back!

Susan does a great job on my dental care each time I'm assigned to her as her patient. Staff is always friendly and provide top quality service. I appreciate the great dental experiences.

Going to the dentist was once a bitter pill. Since becoming a patient of Dr. Patel and having the benefit of his expert technical assist, Susan, I look forward to my dental visits. I feel confident my dental health is literally in very good hands. It is a joy to be in the warm and inviting environment provided by the StoneRidge dental group. Indeed, they do care.
