Just Smiles - General, Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry

I have been a patient for a few years now. Dr. Phil and staff have been extremely nice to me. Each staff member has explained what procedure is needed and what to expect. Dr. Phil is gentle and interested in you as a person. I feel safe in this pandemic in the office. This dentistry cares about you!

Been coming here for over 5 years and would highly recommend. It’s not exaggerating to say that Dr. Phil and his staff have changed my life. At my very first appointment they helped me with multiple serious issues that years of neglect had created. To a couple years later by giving me the confidence to show all my teeth when I smile after having Invisalign.

Everyone is friendly, professional and transparent about procedures and costs. I can’t recommend Dr. Phil and his entire staff enough!!

The dental assistant and Dr. K were phenomenal! Made me feel at ease the entire time, explained everything thoroughly and sent me home smiling!😁
I look forward to returning and getting my filling fixed!! My wife and three kids were also taken care of on the same day! Everyone went home smiling!!😁

I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience! I never experienced pain or discomfort while Shannon cleaned my teeth. This was a first. I was impressed with Dr. Phil when he gave me a treatment plan that explained my immediate and future needs without pressuring me to have everything taken care of right away. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I am glad to have a dental team I can trust to put my needs first.

I wish there were more stars! I decided that I needed to try a new dental practice since my current dentist is retiring. And as luck would have it I needed to see someone soon. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would enjoy a dentist appointment. What a positive experience...from scheduling on it was so professional and organized. If you want great dental care from knowledgeable professionals you won’t be disappointed.

Just Smiles is still the practice for me! I have continued to enjoy my dental appointments and appreciate the knowledge and courtesy of the staff. While this is a large practice you never feel like you are being rushed through the process. Truly a group that still believes and practices customer service.

I have waited to write this review because I like to maintain a positive attitude, however, I had a truly bad experience.. Where do I begin?Well, I loved Just Smiles until I saw Dr. Phil. He is rude. I had a root canal done and during that he was ok, but I never really felt comfortable and thought during that he was rude to his assistants. I had to come back a short time after the root canal because I was still in pain. He walks into the room and says let's see about that cavity. Goes on about gum recession. I ask so I have a cavity?!?! He literally changes his tone of voices and says listen to my words I said gum recession. I said well when you walked into the room you said cavity and the assistant nervously said Dr. Phil you did say that. He said again listen to my words I said gum recession. I seriously have NEVER had a medical professional talk down to me like he did. He is unbelievably rude. It is interesting to me that he has so many great reviews. Don't pay up front. They will play games with you over that too. Paid up front and ended up owing 17.00 after I should have been issued a refund after insurance. He is just a dentist to stay away from! Go somewhere else!!! You will be happier for it! I am still looking for a dentist to relieve my pain AFTER his root canal. Hopefully my review helps...and stays posted!

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist it is so bad, that I waited 10+ years before I made an appointment. I scheduled with Dr. Phil: he and the rest of the team were amazing when it came to making me feel comfortable! They explained everything they were doing and answered any questions that I had.

We have been with Just Smiles for several years now. They are a great family friendly dentistry! My children feel comfortable with the dentists and assistants. When my oldest had to get a cavity filled, they made him comfortable, and he never complained even once! The entire staff is friendly and caring, and I feel that Just Smiles is taking great care of my family's teeth! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Great experience. Just moved to town from California and we were looking for a dentist. They were recommended by multiple colleagues at the hospital where I work. Prompt, efficient, thorough and not pushy. My kids enjoyed their visit and they finally understood how cavities are formed! It was the first time a hygienist did not lecture about not eating sugar but instead explained how cavities actually work. Good job everyone! Will definitely be back and you should definitely try them out.

Everything was perfect! I don’t like getting my teeth cleaned, but Shannon and Dr. Phil were great. The office was really clean, perfect temperature, and great music playing. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming. I barely had to wait for the doctor to come in to do my exam.
