Highly recommend this practice! Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are absolutely amazing! Very professional, great scheduling, nice atmosphere, very personable! I always know what my insurance will cover before I leave the office--they seem to take care of everything! My husband and 2 small children are all patients and we don't plan on going anywhere else. The kids aren't afraid to go to the dentist--unbelievable!

Just Smiles is more then just a step above the rest! I can honestly say I have been terrified of the dentist my whole life. I went to Just smiles expecting the same, but I was blown away with how comfortable they made me feel. Starting with the cleaning, Jena was able to make me feel so comfortable and at ease and specifically explained all steps to me since I was nervous. From there Dr. Phil was great with going overall all the treatment I needed and helping me not to feel overwhelmed! They offer headphones and pandora to listen to whatever you want during any fillings and crowns! It was so nice! They also were great at giving me a breakdown of the cost and what my insurance would pay so I knew what to expect! I can honestly say that I don't dread going to the dentist any longer!!! Thank you Just Smiles!!!!!!!!

Just Smiles has been my choice for me and my family for all dental work for 6 years. Every time we go there we have a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the doctors do not rush you in and out. You feel like an actual person. If you call with an emergency, they do their best to get you in Immediately, and if you need to reschedule, there is no problem. Just Smiles is fantastic and I always feel better walking out of there when I leave.

I have been going to Just Smiles and Hilliard for about 12 years. It’s no surprise that when I went to get Invisalign I had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff was courteous, prompt and transparent.
I see a lot of people seeking pediatric dentist, and I am unsure if Just Smiles advertises that they do just that. Three out of my four children have attended Just Smiles and had great experiences.

Just Smiles has taken care of my family very well through the years. Personally I’m afraid of the dentist but they always make me feel as comfortable as they can. This last visit, my hygienist put me at ease so much that I was completely relaxed by the end of the cleaning. Love Just Smiles!

Dr. Phil has changed my life with his kindness. I have always been terrified of the dentist and therefore I needed a lot of work done. He was kind and compassionate and has given me a beautiful smile. I do not live in Hilliard but I will forever drive to this office because of Dr. Phil and his staff!

Overall a great experience. Office is fairly easy to see from the main road, clean and welcoming. The staff were capable, only a short wait, and everyone was friendly that I interacted with. I was especially a fan of Dr Akah! Had good spacing in the waiting room, everyone was wearing masks, and closed off patient rooms so I didn't have to worry about COVID.
