Was checked in and very shortly escorted to the examination area. Staff is attentive to current protocols for masking and distancing as necessary. They are also friendly and polite and I was comfortable during the routine cleaning. All in all a pleasant experience and I would recommend their services.

I have been coming to Just Smiles for a few years now and am so glad I found them! I love the warm welcome you get when you walk in! I can not say enough about the excellent care I receive every time I go as well! I love my hygienist Jena! And all the Doctors and assistants are great as well! From the time I walk in the door to the time I leave I feel like I am part of a family. They all call me by name, ask how I am doing, and I never have to wait. Dr. Phil is the best dentist I have ever seen. He is personable and very aware of YOU and if you are comfortable. He talks you through every procedure. I absolutely love going to Just Smiles! I also want to give a shout out to Stephanie....she is an awesome person and you look great Stephanie, thanks to Dr. Phil!!

Very friendly dental clinic! Entire staff so professional and courteous. I visited Hilliard location for both a cleaning and filling repairs. Would highly recommend this facility!
Had a tooth removed today and the entire experience was exceptional!!! Dr. "K" performed a painless procedure. Nice doctor with a sense of humor ...someone who makes you feel at ease...something we all need when going to the dentist. Great support staff as well.

Just Smiles is the best dentist I've ever been to. Not only do they clearly lay out any charges before booking your appointment, they are friendly, professional and cutting edge. Shannon is so sweet, quick and efficient, as is all of the staff. I felt zero pain or discomfort during my fillings, which is a first in my life. Dr. Phil is very personable and professional. I had a good experience, just moved to the area so I needed a new dentist place and they did a very good job. The dental hygienist that helped me did a great job of explaining everything and cleaning efficiently and effectively. I would recommend them to others and will be going back for future cleanings.

I really enjoy going to Just Smiles! All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I like that they explain everything they are going to do and make sure that you're comfortable with the plan before they proceed. Also, as silly as it may seem, I really like that they schedule your next checkup before you leave the office - all of my past dentists would mail a reminder card and then I would have to remember to call to schedule. With the appointment set months in advance, I get the day and time I need and multiple reminders (via email and text) leading up to the appointment.

Haven't been to the dentist in years, but finally went bc my wisdom tooth was bothering me. They were excellent! Everyone is super friendly and so helpful. They also all seem to really like each other, which makes it a pleasant place to have to spend some time (I had to get a lot of things done). Highly recommend.

I have been going with my family for over 10 years. They have always been great!. I am always greater with a friendly face, and never wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room.
The hygienists are very gentle and accommodating. Appointments are easy to fit in over my lunch hour.
Fillings and repair are never fun. But this team does all they can to make the process as comfortable as possible. Rooms with tvs and private headphones to help you find a happy place with some relaxing music, or distraction with your favorite comedy on Netflix.
I have also refered many friends and coworkers to this team over the years.
I have even called Dr. Phil after hours when one of my kids had a tooth issue over the weekend. He was so helpful and gracious.
Highly recommended. I can't say enough.
