I had a great experience as usual and maybe it is because I have grown used to all the extra Virus protections in our world, but even though you can tell that they are taking a lot of extra precautions to protect you and others you don’t feel like you are being treated like hazardous material bin like I have experienced at other businesses. They had a surgical gown and a face shield that they didn’t before the virus and I had to do a pre rinse of my mouth that i didn’t before, but other than that it felt the same. I only wish that they didn’t have to reduce their available appointments so that my Wife and Daughter were able to get appointments.

I have been going here for the past few months and love it here. They are very efficient and really take time with you. They also take the time to explain what you have been ignoring in your dental care and what to do to fix it. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

Hello and as always the staff was well equipped with the COVID 19 procedures. I simply enjoy my visit as a friend/patient but they treat you like family. No one likes the dentist, but my recent experience at Just Smiles was incredibly pleasant and worth sharing. The desk staff are very polite and the office feels modern, unlike some dated practices. Dr. Hatahet was so nice and friendly. Instead of a typically stressful dental visit, he lightened the mood with good humor and a cautious hand. At no time did I feel any discomfort or anxiety and his assistant (Dmitry?) too was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Having been to dozens of dentists while moving about the country, this place ranks near the top. Couldn't recommend the location or the dentist any higher.

I have been going here for years, for regular cleanings to wisdom teeth removal. Everyone is very friendly, and very thorough. The facility is always so clean and pristine, and modern. All the staff do a wonderful job and answer any questions or concerns.

I have been going to Just Smiles since 2009. I went thru a full round of invisalign treatments with Dr. Phil from 2010-2011. I had not went to a dentist from 2000 until Dr. Phil and Just Smiles in 2009. Beth was my initial hygienist and was just so friendly, kind, and caring. My wife and I absolutely love these people!!! And we drive 50 miles round trip for several years because they are 2nd to none!!! I just can't say enough about Just Smiles, who would have thought somebody could get so excited over dental appointments

Excellent visit again. Even though the office is managing through a pandemic, they have taken measures to minimize the impact on patients.
Only suggestion would be rewording the harsh sounding electronic messages patients get prior to visit making you click through multiple boxes warning you that you will be billed if you don’t show. Perhaps just state simply, “the office reserves the right to bill x dollars for those who fail to provide x hours notice prior to cancellation.” I don’t think many people would have an issue with that policy.
