London Dental Care

Had a fantastic experience. was my first time and I'm glad that I've picked London Dental Care to start going to. Staff was polite and attentive, they made sure that I was prepared with the proper paperwork well ahaid of time. The check up and cleaning were fast and felt very throught. The environment was warm and inviting. The building seems like it was once a home but they have equipment just like any other dental office I've been to. I think the homey feel of the place made me very comfortable and welcomed.

A bit of a long review, but I just want to express my utmost sincere gratitude for all the wonderful people here!!

I avoided the dentist since I was a kid, due to a bad malpractice I’d had at a different office where they didn’t listen to me saying I wasn’t numbed before a filling and kept trying to drill my tooth.

I’d had braces later on in life, but I never went to get any dental work done beyond ortho. And due to impacted wisdom teeth, my ortho work ended up getting ruined after my braces came off, and I ended up with cavities on my front teeth as well.

All of this led to major insecurities about my smile to where I would either never smile in photos, smile without teeth, or I’d cover my mouth when I laughed.

A little over a year ago, I had severe pain in a molar and noticed there was a tiny hole. I went to a different dentist for the first time in 18 years, and they advised me of all the work I needed done, but I wasn’t happy with how they treated me and so I put it off and ignored the issue.

Fast forward to this past December, that tooth cracked. The shear panic of seeing part of my tooth wiggling flipped a switch, and I decided I was NOT going to let my teeth get worse. I started calling around everywhere to get someone to see me immediately, and had a RCT done with an endo specialist but needed somewhere to get me a permanent crown since they didn’t provide those.

My sister told me to come here, who also has raging anxiety about dental work. She promised me Dr. Sogan would take amazing care of me, but literally EVERYONE I’ve met here so far has been so sweet to me, including all of the hygienists, techs, the entire staff!

My first words were to apologize since I knew I needed a lot of work done, and I have never been met with more warmth, care, and understanding than I have here. Every other dentist shames me and makes me feel ridiculous for being terrified of them.

Even though I’m difficult to completely numb sometimes, Dr. Sogan and the team will immediately stop any and all work at the first sign of discomfort and make sure I have time to either express what needs adjusted or ask if I need more numbing medication.

I really wish I had before and after photos to compare for my front teeth, but they did absolutely amazing work matching the color in the filling to my natural teeth, I cannot get used to how much I love my smile now.

I have another appointment later this month, and with that one, all the work on the right side of my mouth will be done and then I only have one more major tooth and a few fillings.

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had in the dental area, and I truly and honestly cannot express in enough words how happy and comfortable this office makes me feel, and I’m so grateful my family found them! 💛 Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU a million times over!!

Dr Lima has performed ortho treatment on three of our sons and couldn’t be happier with his approach. His in depth knowledge has given our boys with complex bite issues great teeth. Thank you!!

I'm new to the area and didn't have a dentist yet. When a tooth cracked they scheduled me in quickly and provided wonderful and painless service. This place is top notch and I'll be going back for routine exams!

Dr. Sogan and each of the Nurses are very professional yet genuinely friendly. After years of not going to the Dentist Dr. Sogan was able to help me with getting dentures and working on my bottom teeth now. If you have the common fear of going to the dentist with one visit you'll experience a better dental experience at London Dental Care.

Absolutely love this place!! They always take great care of my family and I. They are also able to plan around our busy schedule and get all 5 of us in for our cleanings. Way better than having multiple appointments on multiple days.

Everyone at London Dental Care is very friendly, understanding and nice.
They got me in for an emergency root canal and crown in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. All my visits have been great.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! As a single mom of 2 small children who works full time, scheduling/maintaining doctor appointments isn't always easy. They worked with my schedule, took excellent care of us and my son (who was having his first dental appointment ever) was grinning when he finished and said it was fun. Would definitely recommend!
