People of color beware! Dentists are awesome however the lack of proper customer service prior to seeing the dentist is absolutely HORRENDOUS!
Dental assistants are selective with whom they are decent individuals to. Do not leave your children to their care. I observed for myself assistant using obscene gestures while working with a patient. Of course the patient cannot see what the assistant is doing behind them as they are laid down waiting to be serviced. I listened to the immature gross dialect of three assistants while I exited the restroom area where I debated if I should just leave. Mind you this is NOT the first time I have witnessed these same women treating people of color with no respect at all. I personally don’t want any association with any dental office that allows it’s employees to blatantly disrespect people due to their race. I removed my family and myself and gladly do business elsewhere took about 3 weeks to get a new office but the peace of mind was worth it. I no longer have to visit this office and listen to their sarcastic rude comments about people of color or witness the lack of service provided y them it’s a terrible shame when the Dentist really does great work!
But when you mix the level of disrespectful sense of entitlement attitude laugh at humility type of workers who have obviously become comfortable in their positions with overbooking in tact they can stand to lose a few patients as the Head assistant stated so bluntly. Wow is all I could say.

I was referred by my dentist to take my 9 year old daughter here. The dentists was great!
He throughly explained the X-ray, and the issues with her teeth. They were very kind, gentle, and welcoming which made us feel good to trust them. We won't be back until it's time for braces so in the meantime, we will go to our orginal dentist for cleanings, and extractions but will definitely be going back to allow them to put braces on her! 🦷💕

I hate the fact that I have to even give this place 1 star ! My appointment was at 9am and about 10 others was booked at the same time with one dentist.. how and why is this even ok with them but there’s a mandatory agreement that if patients are late then they have to pay a $45.00 fee .. at such a small location why would they schedule so many at one time ?!?!? This was my first appointment and left letting them know that I didn’t have time to be there all day , evidently this is a normal complaint to them because the lady at the desk didn’t even try to explain this issue … terrible

Although I understand about businesses being understaffed it doesn't mean that the front desk has to be completely rude and obnoxious and not give me her name. She didn't give me the manager's name or anything and then she hung up on me. I have an emergency with my son's braces and she does not seem to be helpful.

This is my child’s second visit . She got braces put on today. Soon as we arrived we were took to the back and assisted . Everyone was nice doctor was in good spirits per usual. I have no complaints about him or staff.

the girl at the front desk is very rude and not polite . When we were checking in with my 2 kids and myself but she only checked in my 2 kids and not me after that I have been waiting for more than an hour at the waiting place. people like this should not be working in reception. everyone else was nice only the receptionist at the front desk was very rude and mean

Horrible staff. don’t go if you need a tooth pulled they will send you on your way with no prescription to help in the meantime and they still bill your insurance for doing Absolutely nothing. Wouldn’t even give me antibiotics. This is tim perry and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Trust me go somewhere else

**UPDATE** I have now been here 3 hours! The waiting room is a madhouse because everyone is angry about having to put half their day on hold to wait in this office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The staff is treating the patients/parents as if they’re wrong for being upset. This is unbelievable!

I wish I could give zero stars. I dread my child’s appointment every time. It’s a minimum 1 hour wait. Currently, we have been waiting 90 minutes and still haven’t been called back. Its an all day event when we come here. Plus staff is not nice. My oldest child was always in and out in 15 minutes. I should have gone back there to Just Shine Orthodonticts. This place ruins my day

Where do I start !! First off my appointment was at 11:50am (didn’t get out of there till 2:30) and I arrived early just to fill out new patient paperwork , the lobby was FULL and had people even waiting outside . I wasn’t sat down in the exam chair till about 1pm , the dental hygienist / assistant (wonderful ladies) took my X-rays and did a brush with the polishing toothpaste and looked over my X-ray but didn’t discuss anything to me because that’s the doctors job , they then told me the doctor would be in to see me shortly . That’s when the nightmare began , DR. HASSAN ( who is EXTREMELY rude) walked into my check up after having me wait for almost a hour (after a female doctor asked if I was waiting on the doctor it was discovered about 6 other people waiting on Hassan) , after already waiting a hour before being called in the Back. Hassan didnt introduce himself, didnt sit down AND (this is the best part) came in ON THE PHONE ! He only stayed in the room for about 30 seconds , didn’t even check out my teeth just ran a teeth pick across my teeth . And When asked about my X-ray, which he hadn’t even batted an eye at, acted Like I was bothering his phone conversation , asking “what did you say” and had to leave the room to get answers, then continued to tell me they would call after talking to insurance about what was covered . Don’t even waste your time on him , better off cleaning your teeth yourself . But the other staff was very nice and had great customer service , they even apologized for the horrible doctor .

Great experience. Dr. Hassan did a great job. Had to get a filling. No complaints just positive things to mention. Wish it didn't take an hour to be seen. But overall good experience there.
