Dr Kumar and staff are awesome!! Got me in quickly with emergency and listened to my concerns!! 10 yr old granddaughter loves going to TruSmiles, they explain process to her and don’t make her feel like a little kid!! that says a lot in my book.

This place told me I had 8 cavities that had to be filled and worked on. I went somewhere else and turns out, I don’t have any cavities at all. 3 years later and I STILL don’t have any cavities. I knew it was too good to be true because I take great care of my teeth.

I went to this office to have my teeth cleaned and whitened. It took literally 10 minutes to clean my teeth. There is no way you could do a thorough cleaning in that amount of time. As for the whitening - her assistant gave me a cup with sand or something in it and told me to shake it if I needed anything or was uncomfortable. Then she took the cup with her and left the room! She went to talk to the receptionist when she was supposed to stay in the office with me. My jaws were uncomfortable but I never asked her to stop the process. While the assistant was gone, the device fell off my mouth so there were 15 minutes that the procedure wasn't being worked. Furthermore, she took it out instead of giving me the allotted 1 hour time. I actually had a 30 minute procedure Suffice to say it didn't whiten my teeth. The receptionist bragged about how she screams at the insurance companies if they don't give her what she wants. Real professional. The dentist told me I had to pay the whole $329 before I left her office which I did. I was recently told by my original dentist that I needed a gingival grafting which is going to be well over $1,000. He said she would have been aware of it because the top layer of connective tissue was completely gone and it had been going on for years not a couple months. My original dentist was more expensive that she was but he did his job. It is too late for me but I would RUN not walk from her office.

We had a difficult time with this dentist. They are all very friendly but my husband and I both had work done and both of our teeth still hurt from her work and my filling fell out twice! I would recommend going to a different dentist.

We have been seeing Dr.Kumar and Dr.Sagar for the last 6 years. They are very detailed and thorough in their assessment and treatment no matter if its a routine appointment or a specialised procedure. Highly recommend this practice!!

I have PTSD and for some reason going to the dentist triggers me. It is extremely embarrassing. I cry, shake and experience flashbacks. This entire dental staff has treated me with nothing but compassion, patience, empathy, understanding and genuine concern. I appreciate the professional and caring environment they have created. I would recommend them again and again. :)
