Advanced Dental Center

I had a same day crown done at this office about 5 years ago. The process was quick, easy, painless and I left the same day with a beautiful new crown. I have had no issues since. I ended up needing another crown and couldn’t remember the name of this office so I went to a nearby dentist with a fancy new office, unfortunately they didn’t have the equipment to create the crown in house so they said it would be a two-part process. I would have to wear a temporary crown until the shiny new one came in. Even with the new crown, it never felt as smooth as the one I had from Advanced Dental. It also didn’t look as nice not that anyone sees it, but it felt rough in contrast to the other. Fast forward only 3 years and that crown was lifting and causing sensitivity. Lucky for me, Advanced Dental Center reached out to me as a past client! My sub par crown was once again replaced by Advanced Dental with a shiny new one, IN HOUSE, and in less than 2 hours!! They were also very patient and ensured my comfort throughout. Don’t be tricked into thinking the upscale, fancy offices are better. The dentists and their entire team
are very professional, and have advanced techniques and equipment! Highly recommend!

Going to the dentist is probably the least thing I like to do but EVERYONE from the desk to the doctor at ADC makes this experience so much easier and comfortable. Their compassion and detail is second to none. You can actually feel they really care about you and what you are experiencing as you go through your procedure.

Grateful that they were able to fit me in by giving me a same-day appointment, but felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I had a severe tooth ache that was preventing me from sleeping and eating to where I couldn’t focus/work because of lack of sleep and had constant pain all day regardless of time and regardless of if I had recently eaten or not. My pain the previous night when I had requested the appointment was an 8 or 9 out of 10. The dentist treated it as if it were an issue with grinding my teeth when I slept and said she couldn’t pinpoint which tooth it was despite doing a sensitivity test and me pointing out that only one of them was extremely sensitive. She recommended a mouth guard, ibuprofen, and a numbing rinse. She gave me a referral for a root canal specialist and that was it. I wanted to cry because of how much pain I was in and because I wasn’t given a real solution with any actual relief any time soon. I had to call a different dentist who took the time to ask me enough questions and gather information to make an informed decision and refer me to a root canal specialist with the recommendation that I be seen today or tomorrow. The specialist was able to fit me in today and told me that the nerve was dying and that I needed a root canal and did it right then and there. THAT was what I needed. I appreciate that Advanced Dental Care was able to get me in so quickly, but I am upset that I wasn’t taken seriously and would have been left to deal with the excruciating pain. Therefore, I will not be back.

The staff and secretary help you out with the entire procedure with a warm kindness feeling. Nice facility, Good music help ease your procedure. Great price and will return for future visit to the dentist. Highly recommend.

Customer service is always great, Doctor, assistants, and the front desk always greet you with a smile. Very professional and always have answers for all my questions. Any time I have pain and give them a call they always bring me in as soon as they can for an emergency appointment. I always feel welcomed!

The entire staff at advanced dental care is great! I always have really bad anxiety going to the dentist and they always make me feel so comfortable. Ive also never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen!

Fabulous staff!!! Dr. Shtarkman is absolutely incredible. I have always had a fear of going to a dentist from past bad experiences, but when I first walked into Dr. Shtarkman’s office, he truly put me at ease. Been with him for many years now, and I am constantly referring him to coworkers, family and friends. A doctor who is available always for his patients. THE BEST!!!

I have been going to Advanced Dental for many years and have always been pleased with my treatment. I had a crown done today and Dr Salib and the staff were very caring. I was out in a little over two hours and I have a perfect crown. I am pleased and will go back.

Dental hygienist was good..the receptionist terrible..I confirmed with them if everything was god before leaving, they say yes you’re good to go. Then they approach me in the hallway like I’m trying to steal a teeth cleaning and they weren’t accurate about my insurance. That was unprofessional to be asked questions in the main lobby in front of people.
