Office staff was very helpful, Debbie explained everything about our billing so I could easily understand it. I had my teeth cleaned by Anne, she is always kind, considerate and does a fantastic job getting my grill cleaned up and sparkling. Dr Sonya is a wonderful and caring dentist, fun to chat with and has an awesome sense of humor. Oh, and she just happens to be quite skilled in her dentistry craft.

They are pretty prompt, minimal wait time up on arrival. They are pleasant to work with. Good communication, ask if you are having any problems, durning procedures they continue checking if you are doing ok. Show you your pictures/X-ray and explain so you understand what is happening in your situation. I have never had a negative experience at New Leaf Dental. I have been going here for years and I am very satisfied. I recommend New Leaf Dental to anyone.

The staff is friendly and they got me an appointment the same morning I needed to go in. Dr. Moesle was fast to relieve some pain right away and recommended the next steps. I’m thankful to find such a good dentist nearby. Definitely will be going here for now on!

Can’t say enough good things about this office! From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, you will never feel out of place! I’ve been going to see Dr. Hill for a few years now, and my mom too! The staff there are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend them to everybody! (And for anyone who’s scared of the dentist like I am, this is definitely the place for you!)

I called today to see if they were accepting new patients. The lady at the front desk said yes but we won’t see you until June. I told her I was having oral teeth problems and she said they couldn’t help me and I told her I’d call another dentist. I called Pataskala Family Dental right after and they were most helpful and welcoming and scheduled me for Wednesday. They are my new dentist. I’m glad I got the run around from New Leaf Dental I would never go here or recommend. Dental offices should want to help people not deter them. The front desk person acted like it wasn’t a big deal but it was to me.
