I have been going to Dr. Ashford dental practice for many years. I have always felt very comfortable knowing that they are highly professional and confidential. Mary my hygienist that I have seen for years is so professional and always makes me laugh. Not many people can go get your teeth cleaned and laugh. Thank you to all of the staff at Ashford dental.

Great Doctors and staff!
I highly recommend this place. The Dental Assistants are knowledgeable and professional. And Mary, the Dental Hygienist is amazing. This is a growing practice and they continue to put the patient first. They have helped me overcome my fear of dentistry. Plus the prices are reasonable and they work with my crazy insurance company.

I absolutely LOVED Dr. Ashford and her staff. They were kind, attentive, knowledgable and very friendly. I just switched dentists because unfortunately, my old dentists office has went way downhill and it is kind of far from where I live now.
I really appreciated Dr. Ashford explaining everything and taking her time on me. Her and her staff are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff here is very professional and friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. The office is also kid friendly too, with toys in the waiting and a tv in the exam room. They accommodate our scheduling for 1 day for all of us instead of coming on seperate days. Ashford family dental is the best.

The company was sold and went from "Ashford Family Dental" is now called, "Brice Dental Smiles". My Family and I have been here for many serives from cleaning to fillings and crowns and have been going here for 10 plus years. Unfortunately, It has gone downhill! The front office staff is no longer friendly and they didn't bill the proper insurance the first time around even though I notified my insurance changed. I was left calling my insurance company and the Dentist office to sort it out and the Dentist office still charged me a "insurance recovery fee" even though I put in all the work to figure out where the lines were crossed, etc. With the rising costs of healthcare and needs of my family I will no longer use this Dentist as my "go too" as I felt I was cheated in many ways from having to find out why my bills didnt get paid to why I was being charged astronomical fees. I did like Dr. Josh and Mary,specifically. However, the front office staff is nothing to write home about and I hope they reconsider who they hire next to run the billing side as it is a mess and cost the company to loose us as repeat patients. Horrible!

I've had to go in multiple times over the past few years for fillings and other dental work, and the staff has always been welcoming, friendly, and professional! Dr. Bullock does a good job keeping my fears at bay and helping me stay calm before and during a procedure.

Is it possible to give zero stars? I had an appointment for myself and three children under the age of 10. My 10 year old is severely Autistic. They were outright rude ! They expected me to either let them take my disabled child without me or leave my seven and five year old's alone in a public waiting room. This was unacceptable. Then the dental hygienist argued with me that she never told me that I could not be with the ten year old. Of course she didn't. I was just expected to choose which of my children to protect. It was asking me to be a bad parent. Do not trust this place!
