Got my first trays of my Invisilign system to straighten my teeth today. Dr. Bullock is great as well as all of the staff there. Thanks to Dr. Ashford for your encouragement and support. This was a big decision for me and I am glad I was referred to Ashford Family Dental for my dental care.

This is a horrible place to go to if you care about the health of your teeth. Constantly switching dentists, and recommending expensive (yet unnecessary) dental work to make a profit. Unprofessional staff, and dishonest billing practices. Check you explaination of benefits as this office commits fraudulent billing practices.

The staff at Ashford Family Dental is amazing and professional, the office is very neat and clean and the Doctor is a nice guy. They always take care of my family when we come in for our check ups and I appreciate all the great care they give!

Staff is incredibly friendly. No wait in lobby & reasonable amount of time spent in exam area. Plenty of parking & clean, tasteful interior. Only negative I can think of is it sometimes takes a couple tries to reach someone on the phone, but even then you have the option to leave a message.

I had the most worst time of my life at this place. I hurt my back and I’m on Molina health care. My mom there as been a dental hygienist for many years and immediately after my bad experience and told her how hurt I was, she said you were being judged as a clinical patient. Beware if you’re on Medicaid or any type of Melina/care source you will not be treated right. It hurts because I am a human being I bleed the same blood we all do. I believe in being respected. The hygienist That cleaned my teeth Was awesome. However the dentist took a look at my teeth because I wanted a cosmetic bonding procedure… Because I chipped my teeth in my sleep I am at teeth grinder, but I have extremely straight teeth are very white very nice smile very nice teeth. That’s why I was at the dentist to take care of them. I was not only discriminated upo was awesome. As a plus size female that just started Nutrisystem I thought very discriminating. I felt depressed and fat, and very discriminating. No dentist has any right in his practice to tell his patient that they should go on a liquid diet. So be where this place is a nice building everything looks great on the outside they got stone cold hearts, and they just your money!!!!!

Dr Bullock (the guy doc) saw my wife when we had an emergency and was extremely professional and accommodating. He was light hearted and friendly, which made the stressful situation much easier to handle.

What a Nightmare~
I am truly disappointed in the dental services thst I received.
I trusted the care of their professional dentist... ONLY to come away in more pain and temporary teeth that are not a match to my natural teeth!
