This was my first visit to this office and was Very Impressed. Dakota, the hygienist, explained everthing thoroughly prior to and during the xrays and cleaning. Dr Warnock , the dentist, was pleasant, discussed findings, and recommendations. Am definitely glad i have transferred to them.

I did like the fact that there is 2 offices and they were able to get me into the Shadyside office within a week. The wait was not bad considering how many people were in the waiting room. But , that is why you male and appointment so your wait is NOT like 20 or 30 min, unless their is an emergency. The gentleman who did the deep clean on my teeth seemed to be fairly knowledgeable, but I would have expected the head dentist to oversee some of the procedure and follow- up with what he has done, and that didn’t happen. I am mainly there for my teeth to be cleaned or at this appointment a deep clean, exam, and X-rays not about pulling fillings or putting crowns over top of them to strengthen the tooth. As the patient, my main concern is getting my teeth cleaned , and fill and cavities, then we can talk about fixing or Securing the existing fillings.

Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Couldn't quite get everything done that I needed for my child, but that's not their fault since my child won't sit still long enough for anything. Lol. Very great place. Definitely recommend.

Everyone at the dentist office is so very nice. I am 52 and still extremely afraid of the dentist. As a child the dentist office was a place I would goto and be lectured, made fun of, and told how bad I was at keeping my teeth clean. I was compared to my cousin and made to feel like I wasn't good enough. All that came from the dentist and his staff.
The people at Complete Dental Shadyside are nothing like that. They made me feel comfortable and they understand.

Complete dental in Shadyside Ohio is the best most pleasant dentist's office I've been to in my 39 years. Everyone from the front desk to each dentist are the nicest, most helpful staff I've ever had to deal with. I will schedule my entire family's dental needs here from now on. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any dental work from cleanings to extractions. Thank you all.

I had a tooth don't there and had to get 4 shots and still wasn't numb next day my face was black& blue! Had crown done fell out right away.awayhad to order another one cause didn't fit right.
