The Dental Office of Solon

Staff is very polite and relaxing. I love that they always go over insurance coverage before beginning work so you know your put of pocket costs. They work very well with my son, explaining everything they are doing, all the tools they are using, and reassuring him the entire time.

I wrote my last review about a year ago and since that time, my opinion has gotten even more positive if that is possible. Everyone in the office is great. I have been in for some extensive work, so I have had a chance to watch both dentists and staff/. They are very concerned that you are at ease. They explain everything they are going to do. i highly recommend TDOS.

Just lovely! I loved my old dentist but they didn’t accept my previous insurance. This office was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn’t be happier! Near the highway, waiting room with tv, aquarium, coffee. My hygienist was so kind, smart, and good at her job. My teeth have never felt cleaner! There are also TVs in the rooms which is cool. My hygienist had her window cracked on a nice day and there was a nice breeze that came in. Dr. Jo was also super smart, careful and kind. I absolutely trust them which is truly all I need in a dentist!

Worst experience!!! They dismissed me after my first appointment because they cannot charge me enough . the repairs needed were done by my previous dentist, and for missing my appointment because I work 9 am to 7 pm .
Staff were very rude and behaved very insulting , This is my first negative feedback ever .
I pleased them to give me an appointment later and they said they cannot , My first and last visit to this dentist was the worst experience ever . I have never seen a doctor who can dismiss their patients “ stating we are doing a commercial business and we can’t take you in again if you miss an appointment “

I had to switch my dentist , because it was too far from my place , I got my first appointment with Dental office of solon for my cleaning , staff asking me to decide and buy their products , x rays were taken , teeth cleaning over , Doctor jo comes in to check my teeth and finds out there is nothing she can repair or charge me on , she decides to talk about something that can cost me 4000 dollars , to cover gaps in between teeth , which was not necessarily needed .

Had my 6 month cleaning and noticed new staff. Shaunte was my hygienist and made me feel very comfortable. She also did a wonderful job with the cleaning and taking x-rays. I had to go back a week later to get new bondings on six of my teeth (both sides). Dr. Jo and Pam also made the process much less anxiety provoking and always made sure I was doing okay. They were both very gentle and did very well. I'm so thankful to have Dr. Jo as my dentist - I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Just had my 6 month cleaning and was SO satisfied as always! Greeted so friendly by Tracy and had Gabby do my cleaning. She is fantastic and very thorough. I love how she starts with the water pick, then progresses to dental tools and the polishing. Dr. Jo is amazing and really makes me feel at ease with the whole process, letting me know exactly what to expect. She is extremely gentle and takes the time to show individual care! This is the best dental office to go to by far!!!

Dr. Jo was able to see me right away the day I called. She was very friendly and always made sure I felt comfortable. The appointment was quick and painless :)

Dr. Jo also personally called me a few weeks after I had my wisdom teeth pulled as she knew I was very nervous. She called just to check in and make sure everything was okay :) This is going above and beyond!!!

Just yesterday I woke up and found that my back molar had chipped, leaving me with a partially exposed nerve and extreme sensitivity. I called the office in the morning and Dr. Jo was able to fit me in within a few hours to take care of the problem. Today it feels great and I'm thankful to the whole staff at the Dental Office of Solon!

Truly the best dental experience ever. All the staff are so friendly and caring. Dr. Jo is so patient and really does everything to make sure your comfortable. Highly recommend!!

I met Dr Jo yesterday during my dental check up. She impressed me by her positive attitude & professional demeanor! I was immediately at ease while she performed my exam. I will go in next visit feeling at ease. My dental hygienist Gabby is great & Ive known her for a long, long time. I met Tori the new office manager also. I immediately felt her kindness towards me. I’ll always miss beloved Vicky who calmed me over the years. I wasn’t sure I could trust another dentist after being with Dr. Levine so long. He took such good care of me & checked on me after procedures. I honestly think I’m in good hands now

This is the only dental office, that I actually enjoyed. I never love going to the dentist, but The Dental Office of Solon absolutely made me love everything about them. I have already recommended some people to go there. It's very beautiful and Clean. And Every single person from the dentist to the dental assistant to the billing clerk was amazing. They also got me a appointment very quickly. I wish all doctor's and dental visits was like that. Keep up the good work guys, I love you there, just the way you are. And to my dental assistant who took care of me, Gabby, you were an absolute joy

Best dental experience I’ve had. They took their time and treated me like a person, the staff is gentle and compassionate, and the doctor explained things in an easy to understand matter. They worked with us to ensure we could afford the care we needed with a payment plan that worked for our family. Would recommend to anyone looking for general dental care!

I have been a patient at this office for over 25 years and have always received excellent professional care. For many years Dr. Levine took great care of my dental needs, and now that he has retired (good luck doc), Dr. Jon has picked right up without missing a beat. I just met Dr. Jo for the first time and she seems like an excellent addition to an already wonderful staff of Gabby and Julie. I would recommend this office to anyone who is in search of affordable and professional care.Finally, congratulations on your retirement Vicky, I will miss you!
