Fantastic experience! Springdale Modern Dentistry has such friendly staff - they make you feel super comfortable as soon as you walk in. They also keep you completely in the loop in terms of what they're seeing, and what to expect in terms of care. If you find yourself a little nervous going to the dentist, definitely come here! They do a great job making you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

So far so good! The entire practice from door to chair is professional, compassionate and well skilled. They have great up to date tools/tech and where very good about working with my oral health goals. I hope this quality of care continues. The office is lovely and clean as well.

Today was my very first time visiting. The staff is absolutely amazing! Friendly, fun and I felt very welcome. Taia, my hygienist did a great job with my ex rays. She is thorough, efficient and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, even as my anxiety got high. Dr. Carter was friendly! I loved that he took the time to ask me about myself before getting started. I got a cleaning a year ago from a dentist and that dentist was not nearly as detail oriented as Dr. Carter. I was very impressed. He answered all of my questions, and told me what to expect every step of the day. Michelle, the sweet office manager was my first impression of the business. She was warm and friendly with me when I was booking my appointment and the very next day when I came in it felt like meeting an old friend. Chandra helped me at check out with getting my follow up visit and pricing for my next service (Zoom whitening). Chandra and Michelle were my cheer squad after getting cleared to have my teeth professionally whitened. They got excited for me and that helped me feel happy and hopeful about restoring mu confidence with my smile soon. I recommend coming in to anyone! I’m very happy with that service and the team.

As Medical field professional I am experienced with the human body but not the oral part in depth.....I am extremely excited to have step in to this location and received a warm welcome that calmed my nervous and my extreme tooth pain. This is my fault to delay and cause more damage yet I got temporary help an schedule my surgery!

Came here because my grandson came here for dental surgery and he liked them. I needed a consult with an endodontist so chose to come to Springdale Modern Dentistry as well. Was very pleased with staff and dr. As luck would have it, another problem arose where i was in immense pain. Michelle worked diligently to get me in same day. So much appreciated!!!

This staff was exceptional. They all made this dentist visit a great experience. Very friendly. Professional though the roof . Thanks!!! I am very pleased

I had such a great experience today at the at the Modern Dentistry (Springdale location). The professionals their are all extremely kind and personal able, I had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

The dentist demanded i write a review before i leave. Take any positive reviews with a grain of salt and only read the 1 star reviews on this chain dentist location.
I had a terrible experience here. I went for a filling repair they messed up the previous week, they numbed me and left for 40 minutes. By then i had to be numbed again. The assistant also dropped a scalpel and almost cut my neck! Then they demanded i pull out my phone and she put 5 stars on it and made me write something.
0/5 do not go here for any reason.

I have never been so dissatisfied with with a dental office in my life.
They scheduled me on the wrong day.
I recieved no phone call or e- mail letting me know that my appointment was changed

At the beginning everything was wonderful with One Dentisyry but she was pregnant and y Traveled, when I come back she was out the place. This new dentristry could be a very good one for others just not for me . I hope it’s not for my race. The provisional it’s a terror , bad looking, worst to speak he said Ii didn’t paid , but it’s this enough for to be no quality? When I came back for my denture is not done because he used the impressions for the temporary ! Apoinments very far , everybody angry , no glasses for high light when he working g on my mouth and He knows about my migraine ! New impressions with high risk of bother the trigéminas neuralgia known in this place . I’m very sorry I’m moving and my denture it’s not ready . I just need to pick up it and that’s it my moví g truck outside . Taking time from my trip ! But what to do very sad experience . Everything Can happened and I understand , I’m here hearing Apoinments made fir the same day and my still with something to give me so far ! My English it’s not good but I tried to leave this for new patients . They were amazing with my first dentistry .
