They are trying to send me to Sinclair for a perodontist but no one answers the phone and then come to find out they aren't even in school and o have told them repeatedly that I'm can't eat oh well pretty much is what they said so oh well I'm going somewhere that will care and not leave me in pain to were I can't eat i would NOT RECOMINED ANYONE GOING there because they really don't care.....I WILL NOT BE BACK

All I did was make a call and ask a question. Not only was Yanns I believe her name is was very rude customer service was unpleasant and when asked a question about whats clearly posted she was very nasty with a nasty answer. Smh

It suck the secretary is rude when you call to make a appointment and she says well you was supposed to been here and you never showed up first of all she said call to make a appointment to get more work done so I will never have my kids go there every again she need to be fired from there and the other thing is why can't they keep Dental dr there is because of her well they need to let her go she should not work for any deantal office again

Absolute worst dentist in Ohio ! I went there and they left a drill bit called a file in my tooth! They said it was up to me to get it fixed! Now I have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Stay away!
