Was quoted on price and charged higher. Have two fillings fall out. W
I was told the manager would call me to schedule to get it fixed. Never got a call. Not about taking care of patients more about making money. Will never go back.

I had previously written a negative review, and Dr.Jon called me personally to discuss my issues, actually leaving his cell phone number. Well, after having an issue with a tooth, we made contact and he actually called me after hours, discussed some issues and asked me if I could be there first thing the next morning! Well, I can honestly say that that whole staff including Dr. Jon took very, VERY good care of me and went above and beyond what I ever expected. I do have another appointment to fix the problem totally. Very professional, very down to earth and a pretty darn good experience, especially as far as going to the dentist. Dr. Jon actually reviewed my charts with me and pointed out some issues and notes that I was not aware of previously. I was frustrated and kind of left in the dark when I was writing the negative review. After Dr. Jon explained all of the aspects and him personally working on my issue, I feel MUCH better. I actually look forward to going back! Thanks!

Had my routine teeth cleaning with a new gal yesterday.She was very thorough and my teeth looked and felt great when she finished. The dentist who checked my teeth following the cleaning confirmed her good job. Always a pleasure visiting this office. Every employee at this office goes above and beyond in their work and showing appreciation for your business.

Outstanding service! Long story short, I needed to get in to see a dentist ASAP but mine couldn't see me for two weeks. I mentioned this to a friend, who happened to be a patient of Dr. Frankel. She called Dr. Frankel's office (this was 4 pm), and they said since I was in pain they would somehow manage to get me in. The office called me back a few minutes later and scheduled me in the next day at 8:30 am! (Talk about putting patients first!)

The appointment was fantastic! In and out in half the time I expected and they did a GREAT job! Super staff - total pros! Very impressive. Should be a 10-Star!

As always a GREAT dental experience, and I never thought those words would leave my mouth. Very little next to nothing waiting for my turn. Receptionist very friendly and professional. Dr. D took his time and listened to my concerns and worries not only about dental issues but my bad experiences at other dental offices that now scare me to go. His assistant Heather made me feel comfortable and ready for any dental procedure, even a root canal if necessary. Having a nice tv to watch my shows never hurt anyone. My husband who was my chauffeur for the day didn’t have an appointment but heard his issues with a tooth and they immediately took a look at it. They also found an appointment in the very near future to fix it. When my appointment was over and making new appointments, again very friendly, pleasant and professional. I recommend Dr. Frankel’s office to everyone I know.

I can honestly say I am no longer afraid of the dentist. After many traumatic experiences at many different dental offices, I decided to try Dr. Frankels office because it seems to be the popular place to go. I had a filling fall out that was done by a different dentist and they got me in right away for an emergency appointment. All of the staff were so friendly, they made me feel completely comfortable and went at my pace. I went back for a cleaning and they were very thorough, and again very friendly. I went in today to have a filling replaced, this was the 6th time and third dentist to replace this filling. I was seen by Dr Smith who was so friendly, always smiling, and pulled up my xrays so he could show me what he was planning, as well as why I have been having so many problems with this tooth. He was very patient and took the time to answer all questions I had. He asked me regularly how I was doing, and told me what he was doing before doing it. I walked away feeling good about the work that I had done, and I even had some good laughs!

As a new patient to this office, I throughly enjoyed my visit! The office was very clean and everyone seemed friendly and pleasant. The hygienist and doctor made me feel comfortable and helped to address all of my questions and concerns. I will not dread going to the dentist again and will look forward to my next cleaning! Thank you!

I highly recommend Dr D. For people who might have fears of getting into the dentist, he's your man. He's amazing. Emily is the hygienist I see and you can't go wrong requesting her. I had been with my previous dentist for over 30 years, it took sometime to find the right fit after his retirement. I'm grateful to have finally found Dr. D. I'm done looking.

I went to this office for zoom whitening. Unfortunately, my teeth didn't whiten very much. I learned that sometimes it only works on some people; everyone is different. Since my teeth didn't whiten, I was given a full refund. I also had my teeth cleaned; Lindsay did a great job! I was please to see that the dentist found areas of concern that my regular dentist didn't find. That's great dental care. Try the zoom whitening, but if it dosen't work for you, then I would recommend this office for veneers. See their great work when you come to the office. They have many pictures on the wall to showcase all the beautiful smiles they helped their customers to achieve.

When i first started coming into you guys i was in so much pain you probably couldn't even tell how afraid of needles I am. I have now been back for another set of extractions that went so smoothly I haven't even had to touch an ibuprofen bottle. You guys were more than comforting and have easily gained my trust by simply helping and being support where most times im met with a condescending attitude about my poor tooth hygiene from years prior. Being that I have mental illness it really helped and comforted me in returning. So thank you very much i can't express that enough.

They are the bees knees. You thought bees didn't have knees? That's because you didn't go to Frankel Dentistry to learn where the knees went on those bees. I love this office and i will never go elsewhere from here on out.
