Jon Frankel Dentistry

I haven't been to a dentist in over ten years because it was always a painful experience. Recently I started having some tooth pain so I called to see if I could make an appointment with Dr. Frankel. They where able to see me the same day to take X-rays and set up a game plan to fix my problem. Everyone was very nice and friendly and explained my problem to me along with providing the options available. They where also able to set up an appointment within a few days to fix my problem. Everything is going great so far.

Maddie is the best! Wouldn’t want to go to anyone else!

I love it! You feel the love as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is very friendly and know their stuff. I recommend this office to everyone looking for a good dentist. Dr. D was very thorough with my exam and explained everything he was doing.

This was my first visit to Frankel Dentistry and I had a lovely experience! Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. I was taken back quickly even with all the COVID precautions and screenings. I’m very pleased with my decision to switch to Frankel Dentistry!

A few weeks ago, I felt very anxious that I had to get a cavity filled. I knew it would be uncomfortable and the needle used for numbing would definitely be unpleasant. Thankfully I was placed with Dr. Diterlizzi, and I don't know what I was so nervous about. The young lady that prepped me was also very very nice and put my fears aside. The first thing Dr. D said is that he had a good eye for these things and would be able to take care of the cavity WITHOUT having to inject the numbing! I was so so thankful. He was super quick and I literally felt nothing at all. It was done in probably less than 30 seconds and after I left, I felt like I hadn't even been in the dentist office at all. I went to work after and felt great without the discomfort of the numbing wearing off or any pain. I am very appreciative for your skills, professionalism, good eye, and this successful appointment. Thank you!

I had a billing discrepancy with my insurance company and the owner, Dr. Frankel, took the time out out of his day to personally call me and explain the issue. He responded the same day that I called his office with questions and helped me rectify the situation. I am very grateful for his help. My four kids have gone to him for years and have always been treated right.

Debbie, my hygienist, was courteous, thorough, and very professional. She took the time to get to know me, answer my questions, and even gave me a short tour of the facility. She introduced me to other staff, did my perio chart, and then gave me what was probably the most in-depth cleaning I've had in recent memory. It was a satisfying experience for myself, my son, and daughter, who is six-years-old. And this was our first visit! I have no reservations about returning. Thank you Frankel Dentistry!

With the current situation that the world is in today, Dr Frankel's office does everything right to make you comfortable getting your teeth cleaned and taken care of. Their staff is always polite and friendly. You know you are in good hands when you go there.

I Do not normally leave reviews but I am enormously dissatisfied with this operation. Initially they seem nice and professional. Then they get you in the chair and run X-rays. I have only had one cavity in 28 years. When I sat in their chair they told me I had 15 cavities that needed filled. Needless to say I had them "fill" my cavities. I have had nothing but trouble with getting food stuck in my teeth since they did their work. The staff seemed inexperienced. I get the idea that they are a drill and fill establishment.
