Amazing staff. From the moment you walk in to the time you walk out, you are their top priority. I have severe dental anxiety, so it was really hard for me to even walk into the office. When I checked in the receptionist remembered that I mentioned my anxiety issues on the phone with her, and she assured me that they would take it slow. She made it her personal mission to make sure I felt safe and in control. This alone relieved some of my anxiety, they really took my fears seriously. Sometimes you receive decent customer care because it is required of the worker, but in this office you get superb customer care because the staff are genuinely kind people. I have found my dentist for life!!!

The wait time was minimal. Rebecca was thorough and careful, yet fast while cleaning my teeth, taking x-rays and explaining things. Dr. Karim was gentle and kind. What a team!

We've been bringing our 3 girls here for a yr now, and all 3 love it. The last visit our youngest was telling people in the waiting room how much she hoped she'd be 1st to go back. Another Mom commented on how that's not said often, and I told her it is when we come here.(-:Today all 3 had procedures beyond just cleanings, and to say they were all anxious/nervous is a huge understatement! Even in the chairs they were still teary eyed and 2 crying. I was worried how this would go..how I'd be able to run back and forth between 3 anxious and scared girls. It went AMAZING for all 3!! And my daughter who had to get shots in her mouth..they made her so comfortable she felt nothing! My youngest is just 8 and not 1 tear was shed, and I was able to sit back and relax instead of worry. It went amazingly well and I was more than impressed with every person involved! We definitely had the "A Team" working on our girls and they worked overtime for sure! I appreciate what everyone of them did to calm my daughters, make them comfortable, and ease a Moms very worried mind.

Called to make an appointment as a new patient. Was told I wouldn't be guaranteed a cleaning on my first appointment based on my dental exam. Not going to come a second time for a cleaning. Sounds like another typical dentist that wants to con you into paying for a deep cleaning. Beware!

Being new to the area I was hoping to find an excellent dentist, I can say I 100% did. Dr D. does my work and I can tell you this guy as awesome. Painless, quick, effective. My hygienist is awesome and everyone here is great. I've seen Dr.Frankel twice, and once he gave me an A+. I highly recommend this dentistry if you are looking for a great team.

I brought my 13 year old son to Frankel Dentistry for his routine care. I was impressed with the office and staff. It was a seamless appointment and my son thought his hygienist, Melissa, was the best. Dr. Frankel was very thorough. I would highly recommend this dental office for those of all ages.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They'll tell you what you'll have to pay BEFORE they do anything else, and they stick by that price 100% with no surprises. They are by far the best dentist I've been too and i actually look forward to going there. 10/10 would recommend

I was visiting in Michigan and broke a crown on an upper eye tooth on Wednesday, scheduled to fly back to Texas on Saturday! Panicking because I have a very big smile and it was GLARING at me! Called this office after calling all over the Toledo area, with no luck, and spoke with Zach, the epitome of customer service. I was scheduled at 1pm that afternoon! Dr Andrew Smith and his wonderful team went over all options available, as well as my cost after insurance, and what MY best option would be. I returned the following day and had the rest of the tooth pulled and a replacement tooth (flipper) put in. If I could take Dr Smith and the entire team back with me to Texas, I would!
