I see Dr. D at frankel dentistry. I had a tooth infection that would not go away I was in pain. He started me on antibiotcs and put together a plan. I called Thursday morning 9/7 I was an emotional wreck because I was in pain again and couldn't handle the issue with my tooth anymore. Ben the guy who answered the phone was so so nice and very prompt with answering my questions. He showed compassion and actually put effort in to making sure I could be seen and taken care of as soon as possible. I showed up today for my procedure and everyone was so nice Mary-Ann my nurse was phenomenal and made me feel as comfortable as possible; she also made sure I understood what was going on and Dr. D was the same way explaing everything as he did it and made sure I did not see any of the needles. I was very nervous they went slow and did such an amazing job. The front desk staff to the nurse and of course the doctors all were tremendous and I truly couldn't be more thankful.

All across the board the entire staff is courteous and professional. The entire organization is a class act. Dr. Frankle is always upbeat and takes the time to make you feel like you are in a caring environment. Add to that the fact that he is a fantastic dentist and you can understand why Dr Frankle has such a vast patient following. 5 stars ++

Words cannot begin to express, how dynamic Dr. Frankel staff has been! From the moment I entered the Practice, all the way to getting my teeth extractions performed...AWESOME! Dr. Andrew Smith, was exceptionally professional, but he also remembered me as the patient, and understood how afraid I was. Meaning, he was not so task oriented, that he forgot that I was human, and not just another number. #AwesomeFrankelTeam

Dr. Frankel’s office is a professional, pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, prompt and make certain you are comfortable every step of the way. My husband and I have been patients for over ten years and highly recommend this office!

This was both of my kids first dentist visit and it couldn't have gone better. The staff were wonderful with my kids. Kind, friendly, clean, and a good atmosphere from the moment you step in the doors.

True professionals. Went for a new patient exam and everyone was friendly, attentive, and made it feel like I was a regular. The building is newer and clean. From the initial exam to the x-rays to the deep cleaning, everything went smooth. A+ experience.

Staff and Dr Frankel were very good. Not overly impressed with the process. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, got a gum exam and xrays. Was told sorry were out of time, you'll have to reschedule. I work in retail, I get it. When I go to leave, the appointment scheduler trys to sell me on maintenance items, and not what I even came in for the first time... Don't know if I'd return, even though the Dr was very pleasant
