I used to think going to the dentist was a chore. It was not a pleasant experience. it used to hurt, the room was blandly decorated and I would stare at the ceiling waiting for it to end. At Dr. Frankel's office, the staff is friendly, it feels like a home away from home and the hygenists are gentle and thorough. Dr. Frankel makes sure to give me all my options when it comes to dental issues and explains how to make the best choices. I love this dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

There is a reason this dentist keeps getting voted best in Toledo. Not only is his team compassionate, warm, and driven, he has one of the best forms of technology ever. I went to Dr. Frankel because I had a toothache. Unfortunately, I had to have a root canal. Instead of waiting around for a crown, he was able to make my crown in his office that same day! It was awesome. Better yet, that night I got a phone call from Dr. Frankel making sure I was doing ok. You can't beat this service. I won't go anywhere else!!!

I have a problematic mouth..grinding my teeth, enamel erosion, cavities, fillings, crowns, root canals, root canal revision and infection...I was at my wits end when I was refferd to Frankel dentistry. From day one they have been nothing but helpful, knowledge, caring and accommodating. The whole staff treats you like family and have renewed my dream of one day having a beautiful problem free mouth and I think Frankel dentistry will be the ones to make that dream a reality...I'd recommend them to everyone for all your dental needs.

Got in right on time. Everyone was very pleasant. The work I needed done was fully explained, and the cost was presented prior to any work. I'll never be able to say I love going to the dentist, but if I have to go, then this seems like the best choice. =)

Went in yesterday for some tooth pain. I have have had plenty of experience in dentists offices (both good and bad) and have learned what to look for on x-rays. After x-rays were taken, the doctor comes in and points out a perfectly cylindrical spot below my tooth and told me that i would need a root canal and a crown with a total cost of 550 after insurance. I had them send the x-ray to my actual dentist and he called me today asking about it. I informed him what Frankel's office wanted to do and he stated that a infection would never be perfectly cylindrical at the base of a tooth. He said a antibiotic would treat it and i would be fine. This place only wants a paycheck and is willing to make you have to come back multiple times to get what they deem "appropriate" treatment. I actively encourage people to divert away from practices like this on a daily basis.
