For a first time visit, mine set a high bar compared to like providers. I feel comfortable moving forward. What I like most is it appears near all dental options are available under 1 roof. I also like the xray service being offered thru valpack. It is a way to bring people in but is up to Frankel to carry it forward and so far they have done that very well.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If anyone is looking for a new dentist this is the place, I highly recommend.

Called to make 2 children's appointments, they do not accept my insurance but I had many recommendations for quality kids experience so I was willing to pay out of pocket---their policy is "once we find out you have paramount, even if you don't use it WE CANNOT TAKE YOU no matter what...." that is not only prejudice but an assumption in low income families!!! I am a single mom only wanting the best care for my 2 boys ages 2,5 and was discriminated against just for asking if they took the insurance. Had I not mentioned it period I would have been allowed to pay out of pocket. Absolutely ridiculous and beyond beyond prejudice. I am totally reporting these people.

Both visits thus far have been for emergency work. Both times I was seen as quickly as possible and recieved excellent care. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Both treatments were successful, and done skillfully. Highly recommended.

Becky was a great hygienist. I would go to her every time if I could. I like the way they do everything in house so I can get all my needs taken care of in 1 shot instead of going back 3 or 4 times.

I called the office on July 3, not even sure Dr. Frankel's would be open. I had an emergency and a lot of pain and was just hoping I'd be able to get in by the end of the week. The fellow who answered the phone was able to get me in that afternoon! I couldn't believe it! One more reason why I love this dentist's office!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I had a terrible experience there. First of all I waited for a whole month for an appointment with dr frankel and the assistant ended up doing all the work, he only drilled a hole. I had to go back because the work was terrible, and when he finally started working on me he was judgy, rude and didn't want to take the time to give a more in depth description of the process instead I felt as though he was evasive and would rather show pictures of the previous work he had done on others instead of explaining such a simple process...
Over all everything felt rushed and the price wasn't worth the work btw this all happened right before holidays so I wound up meeting my husbands family with so much shame thanks to this place...
