The entire staff at Frankel Dentistry are outstanding! My experiences with Tammy, Sarah and Heather exceeded my expectations. Tammy in particular made me feel like I was visiting with a dear old friend rather than going to a dentist appointment. Thank you Dr. Frankel and keep up the great work!

I just started going to this dentist and I've been seeing Dr. Hayder. He had a good sense of humor and all of the hygienists I have met have been very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a good atmosphere that I was intimidated by at first, due to the size of the offices. I have had nothing but good experiences.

Doctor Greiss is great! Very trustworthy!! I told him on day one that I had a bad experience at the dentist and he makes sure she doesn’t push me to far. He knows what I don’t like and makes me feel special and cared for.

Had a root canal today with Dr. Dietel and Sherri. They elevated so much of my anxiety before starting and made me feel so comfortable. They talked me thru the entire procedure and I was done before I knew it. Would 100% recommend scheduling with them.

I love the Doctors and staff here! Their customer service is second to none!! I saw Dr. Hayder AlJinabi today and he's so awesome. He fixed an issue I was having for the past 6 months. I didnt know this procedure would make such a difference. I am so grateful. Only wish they were my dentist all along since I moved here 40 years ago. Everyone is so friendly and made me feel at ease. Thank you!!

I am so thankful to my hygienist Meagan and Dr Haidar fir the great work they did with my crown work. They put fears to ease making this a wonderful experience. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!!

Both Sheri & Mary Ann were fantastic. Both ladies were so welcoming and warm. Dr. Greiss is my kind of dude. Straight and to the point. Got it done fast and gently. Love him.

I booked an online apt for an emergency visit. I got the email confirmation as well stating the apt date/ time. I show up a half hour early for my apt. When arriving I was told by the receptionist that she didn’t have an apt for me. After waiting about 5 mins I was told they would call me to schedule an apt as she was having trouble with the computer crashing. After leaving I get a call and was told they didn’t accept my insurance. I do have anthem the newer Medicaid insurance but I have a primary insurance through my employer. She told me that it didn’t matter I still had Medicaid and they didn’t accept it. I am in the medical field and it just baffles me that even though I have a primary insurance they won’t accept me as a patient because I have Medicaid as well which is secondary and does not need to be billed. The primary is my main one that needs billed. I have heard nothing but great reviews from people I know about this practice but I have second thoughts after this. I was never called prior to the apt to tell me this information or I would have went home as I get off at 4:30 and stayed around the area until close to 6 o’clock.

Sherri and Doctor Dietel were fantastic. They took the time to walk me through my dental procedure and made sure everything was concise. Very professional would recommend highly

I’ve came here to get a filling and a crown and the dentist here do a really good job a getting what needs to be done finished. They are also social and talk to you so you’re not uncomfortable and that is another thing I appreciate the staff for.
