I went to Dr Frankel's office for info on implants...from the time I walked in the door, I was put at ease and made to feel welcome. Dr Frankel and his entire staff are so caring, down to earth and awesome, it makes going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience. They have done an outstanding job for me, and I do recommend the office to anyone and everyone!! Best of all, you know they truly care.You are a person to them and not a dollar sign. They mean it when they say their patients are a priority! Caring, Professional, and State of the Art, it just doesn't get any better than that!

Dr. Frankel is an excellent dentist. He is thoughtful and kind and always does his best to help a patient. He goes above and beyond what most dentist would do and he makes you feel like you really are part of his dental family. He helped me when no one else could. I now have a beautiful smile. I also can't say enough about his staff. They are the nicest people you could ever want to meet, and they make your visit enjoyable. I am thankful for everyone there.

The staff are all very personable & make you feel extremely comfortable. They take the time to answer all of your questions. Moved from Cleveland and came for my first appointment with them. The entire staff was very polite and courteous to me. Even was given Dr Frankel’s personal cell number (they give to all patients) for emergencies and a complimentary water bottle. Nicest expierience I ever had at a dentist.

The entire staff was very professional and gave me a great first impression with the first appointment with Tatyane. She assured me that everyone will take care of me and they did. After the first consultation, they got me in for a tooth extraction the very next day with Dr Hill. Everyone was so professional and always informed me of what to expect. For a major surgery it only took an hour to accomplish and ensured I knew what to do to take care of my post surgery condition.
