I had issues with my previous dentist and swore not to go back there no matter what. I was referred to Frankel Dentistry by a friend last Monday and called to check if they can squeeze me in ASAP. A tooth has been bugging me for almost 2 weeks. I got an appt right away the following day at 2pm. Went there a little after 1pm, texted the number for confirming arrival, waited in the car and was told to come in after 2mins. It wasn’t even my scheduled time yet. After I checked in, my Husband and I waited for maybe 3mins and KC took us in. She was really nice as well as the intern and Dr. Uveges. The whole experience was awesome and I think I just convinced my Husband to go there as well. Place was clean, not crowded, not noisy, people were nice and warm and they even helped me with getting my Rx from another CVS coz our insurance didn’t work at the original CVS. I need another round of x-rays, but my tooth has been feeling a lot better now from what they have done yesterday and the prescription they gave me.

I go every 6 months for my routine dental cleaning!! I absolutely love the staff. Everyone is so nice and Welcoming!! So the girl that cleaned my teeth that day did an awesome job and my smile looked so white, fresh and clean. When the doctor came to talk to me, he was a very nice man. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease!! I love coming to the dentist now because I go to Dr. Frankel's office!!

I have had dental anxiety for so long, when I came here I still had the same anxiety but they gave me the laugh gas, had a tv I could watch while they worked on my teeth and also let me listen to music to drown out the sounds of the drills
And always happy with how nice and kind the staff are and how my teeth are afterwards

Very nice staff. Recently moved from Cleveland, and had a great Dentist in that area. Very concerned with getting new Dentist. Initial consultation very informative, and had to follow up with two fillings and cleaning. Fillings went very well and now need to finish up with cleaning before next preventive visit. Now very comfortable with Frankel Dentistry. Highly recommend.

I never feel like I’m going to the dentist when I visit their office! My dental hygienist, Olivia always makes me feel like we’ve been friends for forever when I visit. The office staff is always friendly and have smiles on their faces. I’ve only been twice but each visit has been a complete pleasure.
