My retainer got loose and had to get into see someone ASAP and being newish to the area I figured the wait would be ridiculously long. I called in and that same morning they got me in and took care of the problem. By far this is the best experience I’ve had in a dental office. Everyone was so kind, informative, warm, and welcoming. I’m looking forward to coming back for years to come.

I have gone to University Dental Associates for a number of years and have always been very pleased with the care. Dr. Orr, Dr. Wilson and staff are very professional and very personable. I can trust that they are conservative and only recommend needed services. Dr. Orr is very responsive when a dental emergency occurs.

I switched to Dr. Orr around 2 years ago. My wife and I probably had 3-4 cleaning each and we were both just happy with the first one. He recommended that I should have a bite guard and It helped me a lot. We were waiting for 1-2 hours for our process to start in each visit. Dr. Orr recommended X-Ray and told me that I should fill 4 of my teeth last year. I refused to do that last year. He again spend 30 min this year to explain me why I should fill some of my teeth that I don't have any problems with at that time. I decided to listen to him and scheduled an appointment. As usual I has to wait 2 hours that by the time he started to work on my teeth it was around 5:15pm (their closing time). He drilled my teeth and even tough my mouth was numb I felt something was touching my nerve. I have pain in those teeth since then which is around one month after my visit. I called Dr. Orr office one week after and told them I have pain. They asked me to go to the office. 2 hours of wait time Dr. Orr said he wouldn't know why this happened and I'm one of those people who get these types of problems. I didn't have any complain one month ago and now I'm continuously in pain and can't eat with my left side. He is very friendly but like many other dentists he would like to make maximum profit out of your insurance with a poor job. I don't recommend Dr. Orr.

Drs. Orr & Wilson have raised the bar when it comes to dentistry. I had an implant placed this morning & it was totally painless. I am extremely impressed with the technique that was used, even the numbing process was done with minimal discomfort. If you no longer want to dread going to the dentist, I highly recommend that you make an appointment with Drs. Ron Orr & Pat Wilson.

Dr. was extremely diligent toward a safe experience. I was met at the door, of course I had my mask on. Dr. Orr had full facial protection with a face mask and face shield.
My temperature was taken immediately, I then filled out a questionare regarding my current health. The pen and the area I used to answer the questions were then sanitized.
During my exam and precedure, total care and precautions were taken. I left the office with my teeth looking and feeling great.

This is a great practice. The staff is great and attentive. Dr. Orr takes time and makes all patients feel comfortable. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.

Always greeted with a smile and kind words when I arrive for my appointments. Dr Orr, Dr Wilson and staff are excellent at explaining dental procedures. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs!

Initially I had great respect for Dr Orr, referring him to my entire family. Then came his crown making machine...I understand it takes time to get things right but he PROMISED me he'd make it right if there were problems. The crown was too small to begin with. He said the crown would elevate and somehow grow into the space as the old one. I didn't see how that would happen and it didn't. When I mentioned the crown to him again and reminded him of his promise he said he wasn't the only dentist in town and I should go to another dentist! This after 10 years ; he simply did not want to correct his mistake. BEWARE of his PROMISES; they ring hollow. As long as you agree with him, he's ageeable, but don't you dare call him on HIS WORD!

This is a well ran office with the most friendliest and thoughtful staff. Both Drs. Orr and Wilson show a genuine interest in their patients and lead by example. I felt at home and I no longer fear the dentist. I left feeling grateful.

Best dentist ever!! Root canal and crown done in the same day! The crown is made in house and measured by lasers instead of that cement gook other dentists use. Both crowns I’ve had done by dr. Orr feel perfectly fit to my bite. After the procedure he gives his card with his office and cell phone number just in case you have any pain the next day! Everything about my experience is abouve and beyond what I expected!
