This place cares about your teeth and are not lying and up selling you like Great Oaks Dental. Great oaks dental told me all my fillings needed replaced they just wanted to make money because Mcllvaine Dentistry said my fillings are fine, and I didn't need any work done. Great oaks dental are full of hidden charges and will max out your insurance so they can line their pockets. $850 for a cleaning and 1 filling, and they want their money up front no payment plans. Stay away from big dental corporate offices they just want to drill and fill and sell you whatever they can its really criminal and should be investgated and sued for drilling into people teeth that do not have a problem for the sake of profits.

I've been going to this office my entire life and their service doesn't ever stop amazing me! I had a tooth ailment that suddenly got worse and when I called with concerns about it, they squeezed me in within two hours of my call. Not to mention that once I arrived, I was in and out within twenty minutes. They didn't rush me, answered all of my questions, and had my Rx ready all in that time. Can't recommend enough.

I have only been there twice and I absolutely love them! They are so nice and they know what they’re doing. They go out of their way to help their customers!❤️ Dr Mcllvaine is one of the best

After moving back home from living in a different state for the past 14 years, I of course needed to find a dentist to help me with a tooth that has been bothering me. I stumbled upon Mcllvaine dentistry during a Google search and after reading alot of the reviews I decided to make an appointment. I called and Katie was very helpful and got me a next day appointment, however the office was out of network for my insurance. I then contacted the insurance company to see if they would cover the appointment and happily they said yes! I'm glad I kept the appointment Dr. Mcclvaine is just the kind of guy I trust working with me. He had wonderful manners and listened very well and was very straight forward with what he could do to help my situation while completely understanding my concerns with coverage. Even though he may be out of network I don't mind paying just a little more for great service and honesty. I found my new dental care team!

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Everything was on time and the office runs smoothly and efficiently. My dentist, Dr. Shannon Burton is an excellent dentist. She is not only very honest, and straight forward, but also very kind and friendly. I also appreciate how she takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedures to you.

I recently needed a crown and was so impressed with the whole process. They use the latest technology and make the crown on site. So everything was completed in just one appointment! I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Burton.

After a very bad experience at another office, I went to Dr. McIlvaine for a consult, and I'm so glad I did! He is helping to repair the damage done by the other practice, and I feel very comfortable that he knows exactly what he is doing. I'm now hopeful that I never have to go through an experience like that again, and I am looking forward to staying with Dr. McIlvaine for a long time!

Needed to get in to see the doctor for some gum discomfort. Office staff was able to get me in next day. Diagnosis was thorough and timely. Simple solution to problem was talked about without any extensive treatment. My issue was resolved in afew days. A great place to go for all your dental needs.

I was a new patient and was able to get in right away. They were polite and prompt. I was very happy with the cleaning and the dentist came in and really listened to my concerns. Overall, I would highly recommend the McIlvaine Dentistry office.
