I had an amazing experience at this dentist. Every time I have come I have felt cared for and respected and now do not fear the dentist anymore. My dentist is so nice and sweet along with all the dental hygienists and staff in the front. I got a cavity filled today and just had a great talk with the dentist and hygienist and though getting a cavity filled is not the most fun thing, they made my time enjoyable.
This is the best dentist I have ever been to and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

Great place to smile. Have been a patient for about twelve years. After my first experience I was pleasantly please and extremely surprised when I got a get well plant and card from Dr. Tran after I had surgery. We had, had a conversation about my surgery; weeks later it took place and to my surprise the flowered plant in a west chester dentistry coffee mug. Love you guys❤️

There are many employees, all of which are friendly and smiling to everyone. Dr Gersch was kind, gentle, and thorough. He took his time to walk me through a treatment plan and even hand wrote a summary for my referral to am endodontist. My entire family has switched to the practice. As both my kids saw him today, he actually came out to the waiting room to meet and chat with them as we waited for the hygienist. I am mad that we waited this long to find this office, but so so very thankful that we are now in good hands! What a truly wonderful practice that covers ALL our needs! (And if they can’t, they wisely refer)

WC Family Dentistry never disappoints, on any procedure. Staff are great, Dentist are chosen with high requirements of Quality, knowledge and professionalism, working as a well oiled Team. My only complaint is I did not discover them many years ago.
Also the fish tank needs to grow to be seen on both floors for all us kids to enjoy them…..LOL

Long day in the chair but it was the best experience that I have had with the type of work being done. Dr. Tran and staff were great, explained the procedure as we went along, and used the latest techniques and technology to make it faster and less painful. I don't have to go to Dr. Tran for my dental work but I choose to.
