Dr. Banga is hands down the BEST dentist I’ve ever seen. She doesn’t encourage unnecessary treatments, and has the LIGHTEST hand! The staff is all phenomenal. She fit me in for a root canal after I broke an old cavity, & saved my tooth - last recommended root canal I lost it 😢. Expert hands, very kind & soothing demeanor, amazing staff. 10 of 5 I recommend!

I am someone who has always been afraid of the dentist, since I was a little kid due to trauma which I was hit by a car. This dentist office has made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I am not scared at all. I would recommend this place that anybody that is terrified as much as I was. After speaking to a friend who had recommended this place, it still took me a little over a year to make my first appointment. Take that chance like I did and make an appointment and going.

Staff is very pleasant. The office is super clean. My dentist is very knowledgeable and super nice and gentle. I highly recommend her. One of the best experiences I have ever had.

Dr. Banga is a kind, gentle and knowledgeable dentist. I needed my wisdom tooth extracted and I was nervous going in; but she made it an easy and pleasant experience!

Oral Health Center is AWESOME & BEST IN CLASS Team and service. I had multiple problems going on with my teeth for long and have been in pain due to infection and gum bleeding. I have been avoiding dentist visit because of not so good experiences in past. Oral Health Center team was a big savior! After first interaction with Dr. Pooja Banga I realized that I was at the right place and in expert hands. Dr. Pooja Banga is most knowledgeable and expert dentist I have come across so far. She not only listened to my multiple teeth problems very humbly and patiently but also explained in details the cause and cure. The overall procedure went through very successfully and although I have been very scared of dentists the "humane" touch with which Dr. Banga and her team treated me was outstanding. I came in to get my partial denture repaired after my own dentist refused to see me right away. Dr. Banga graciously agreed to fix it right away and even offered to bring it to my mailbox later. Now that’s going above and beyond! I plan to make her my new dentist. She made my stressful day so much better!

So happy that Dr Banga was able to work me in. The repair took at least 30 minutes and I certainly appreciated that she took all the time necessary to fix my veneer. It must have disrupted her day but she was her usual cheerful, professional self.

I needed X-rays. The tech had trouble with the film devices, so she had to try more times than usual b4 Dr. Banga actually got them right. The extra tries left me with very sore gums that still hurt during dinner. My appt. was before noon.

Dr. Banga is a skilled and knowledgeable dentist. She explained to me about my dental issue and the possible treatments for it. I didn't know much about dentistry but the way she explained it was really simple so I understood them all. Aside from that, I have terrible dental phobia, but she put me at ease and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended westerville dentist!
