This is Bob Blasdel...I visited your Bartlesville clinic on 2/15/17 to have a crown put back on for the 3rd time. I had been seeing Dr. Hiatt but a different dentist replaced the crown that day. He was very rushed, I understand as it was not a billable service. The problem is that it came off AGAIN, within 24 hours. While overall I am very satisfied with the services I have received at Aspen needless to say the problems with this crown continue to be an issue. I would request that something be done about this issue as I am, AGAIN, unable to chew on the left side of my mouth. I would appreciate a call ASAP to discuss how we may resolve this issue...of course, I have paid in full for this work that continues to be problematic. I look forward to hearing from you soon!!!

My son was in to get a broken tooth taken out. He was very nervous. Everyone there were very nice. only one thing I didn't like, when it came time for the dentist to remove the tooth no one asked him if he could feel anything in his mouth or if it was numb. Later, after the tooth had been removed and we had left, my son told me that it really hurt and that he felt everything. I was quite POed. The patient should always be checked before starting to remove a tooth. This is why many people are afraid to go to the dentist.

In the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed it was way more comfortable getting it done than I ever thought they were gentle but the older male dentist has a lot of strength cause damn my jaw it's sore but over all so much better than I ever thought

I love aspen Dr Williams is amazing such a very sweet happy man, I hate the dentist but he makes it nice, and he sings to you and just keeps you laughing, and all the staff is very sweet and friendly and cheapest and best insurance coverage I have found. Thanks aspen!!

Made an appointment for my daughter to have a tooth extracted a very nice lady on the telephone promised me the best care instead got a high evaluation $6000 and no tooth was extracted and the fee for that was not going to be what was quoted don't bother it's not what it's appears to be Big chain company ripoff :(
