The first time I came in, there were a few things I didn't feel happy about but the manager and team were eager to rectify my unhappiness. They worked with me regarding a payment plan and thankfully I got the painful tooth pulled!
The staff is very friendly and the dentist was very talented. I can honestly say it was the most painless extraction I've ever had.
When customer service is such a high priority, everyone wins. I'll definitely be back after this.

This place was recommended for making dentures. I had five trips for five visits that lasted 10 to 20 minutes. The office staff and dental assistants were kind and helpful. The dentist was an impersonal man, and had zero patient interaction. He was brusque, curt, and apathetic. I have new dentures now with pressure areas (not suprising), but it will be two weeks at least before they can get me in for adjustment. It isn't a horrible place, the customer service is just the least of their priorities, and the dentist needs to have a better rapport with patients.

I had tooth pain and I called the main number, they were fast to get me in professional and precise. The office staff was so nice and got me in quick and easy. No one likes to go to the dentist :/ however, the Bartlesville Oklahoma office was so cherrful and nice, quick and efficient and also proffesional and affordable I don't mind going back!

Overall service by staff was good. The Dentist had the worst customer interaction skills of any professional I have ever interacted with. It seemed he had one objective, get all the money out of us he Could. Did not address the on going problem at all, stated that would be taken care of after picked a plan. We were told one price over the phone and that jumped over 2500.00 when they were done. Cannot speak as to being taken care of as we never progressed to that point....

Very positive experience so far. First appointment on Tuesday. They installed a whole new grill on Thursday, took about an hour, including the extractions. Minimal discomfort. Today is Saturday, very little pain, (I even skipped the pain meds today) everything fits well and my smile looks pretty darn good.
I could only afford the budget line. I was worried they would look cheesy and fake, but they do not. They have just a bit of asymmetry and irregularity so they look more natural.
The Doctor seems to be well experienced, skilled and on top of his game. The assistants and staff are very friendly and helpful. So far this has been a completely positive experience.

It went well, the walked me through all the steps. I hadn't been to a dentist in a very long time, just hadn't been able to afford it. They were really nice about it, and explained the work that needed to be done. It also was cheaper than I honestly expected it to be. Guess the dentists where I used to live where just really high from what I've heard now from others.

Everyone working at Aspen Dental is very kind and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I had a lot of dental work done in a short period of time including several teeth being pulled, several fillings, a root canal, and a crown. There was some discomfort but that is to be expected and am grateful that I was able to get my teeth fixed. All of the work that has been done has been holding up great! Also Aspen dental has the best prices in town and the kindest most beautiful staff. Inside and out. Would definitely recommend.
