Aspen dental was amazing. From the Xrays to the actual tooth extraction everyone was so understanding that my mood reflected the pain I was enduring. I especially loved the dentist that did my extraction. She was very sweet and talkative. She made sure after I was taken great care of and never left until she felt that I was ok. Great group of people. I traveled from Independence Kansas to recieve service because no one remotely close to me would see me in an "emergency" situation. I definitely recommend them for any of your dental needs.

All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming! They walked me through what needs to happen and payments. Was very patient with me and my anxiety also. The best dentist I've ever been to.

Worst place ever. Never got my teeth right and told me when I said it wasn't right that I did not know what I was talking about. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Not a good experience. They were supposed to do a simple extraction of my tooth. They took a bunch of unnecessary xrays, tried to push a bunch of other products on me that I did not want. And then once they found out that my insurance would pay for some of it they tried to price gouge my by charging for a surgical procedure instead of just an extraction. Then they wanted me to come back another day for the work after I had already taken off work. Aspen dental is bad business.

Have already recommended to a couple friends who were looking for a new, local dentist. Initial appointment was scheduled for the very next business day. The staff was excellent! Very professional, thorough, and took the time to go over the different treatment options with out making me feel like they were giving me a "sales pitch", which is very rare, as my experience with different dentists have gone. Very friendly folks that seemed more concerned with addressing my issue rather than selling me services I was not in the immediate market for.
The services I received were very reasonable, as far as prices and out-of-pocket expenses go. Even though I never actually "enjoy" going to the dentist, I won't hesitate to go back here, when the time comes!

Do not go here. They messed up my brother and he had to go to another dentist and has to have dental surgery because of them.

I had a 6:00 appointment, I got in early and was out by 6:02. The hygienist did a wonderful job. I was annoyed prior to my visit due to my previous appointment being cancelled without my knowledge. I showed up and the doors we're locked. However, the fast and friendly appointment I did have made up for it.

I was really nervous going in. I had heard mixed reviews but I needed a second opinion on my dental plan and I got it. They treated me with Kindness, dignity and respect. They were non judgemental and explained everything to me. They saved me a huge amount of pain and money, and told me I didn't need all the things my home dentist suggested and told me the truth. I cried tear a of joy and the Dr. Was really kind. I have utmost faith in him and his sweet team. I go in for surgery in 2 weeks from today and I trust them completely. Highly recommend to everyone I know.

During 30 minutes of a dental visit you can experience literally everything that's wrong with the American healthcare system. You walk in the front door do all the paperwork. And then you tell them that you just need a tooth pulled. And you only want an x-ray on that tooth. Then they tell you we can't do that we have to give you 18 x-rays so that we can try to upsell you a treatment plan and show you all the payment options etc. This place refused to do the medical procedure that I want them to do. Just a simple x-ray a simple tooth extraction pay them in cash and walk out the door. They literally try to force you to do the medical procedures they want to do or they literally won't help you. I don't want my head x-rayed 18 times when it doesn't need to be. It's literally like dealing with used car salesmen. A single x-ray cost you money. But 18 X-rays and sitting through their sales pitch is free. Whatever happened to normal dentist? But that is the American healthcare system now in your face sell sell sell!!! They don't care about the patient only about the cash
