These guys were great to me! I went in with an abscessed tooth, new patient, they rushed me in and took great care of me! I don’t have dental insurance and they worked with me, gave me a great deal! Sweet staff, very helpful! I’m making them my new dentist!

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. They got me within the hour and then pulled the bad tooth. Their price was very reasonable. Everyone in their office was extremely nice. I would definitely use Aspen Dental at 2431 SE Washington Blvd. Bartlesville, OK.

I have mixed feelings about leaving this review. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the dentist that removed my wisdom teeth and the assistant were very professional and nice. Now to the rest of the staff. Number one. The office staff could use some lessons in manners. I found them off putting impartial rude and greedy. The dentist that did my original assessment was nothing short of a complete a* hole. Rude to the assistant. Rude to me. Also recommended me for filings for mythree front incisors which thank gGod the dentist who was to perform the surgery looked at my x rays again and tolde me I didn't need them and fixed the sensitivity of my chipped incisor with sealant. I had my wisdom teeth pulled although I was in no pain from them but was recommended by the a hole and the dentist that saved me from the fillings didn't refute it so I allowed it. More as preventive care. After my surgery the lady in billing first had my personal information wrong. Name birth date. And tried to charge me for the fillings which I didn't get and two cleanings that were recommended but had not been done. After paying for the after insurance cost of my wisdom teeth removal (not the other services which we're never rendered). I left to have my prescriptions filled before the numbing agents wore off to try and stay ahead of the pain. Upon trying to fill my prescriptions they couldn't find me in the system on my prescription plan so I told them I would pay outof pocket. After an hour wait with my face throbbing and having asked three times if my prescription was ready I finally asked them to check if it was in the system at all. So after giving all my info again and what I was there for I find out that all the info the dentist office gave was wrong which is why each time I had checked before it wasn't registering and also the reason my prescription plan couldn't be found. Turns out the prescriptions we're covered and done in fifteen minutes so I sat in pain for thirty minutes for no reason other than aspen rentals complete incompetence.

I was so nervous when I had my appointment, I knew some work needed to be done but I thought it was gonna cost me an arm and a leg, but it didnt! They are so friendly and make you feel welcomed!! Would recommend them to anybody!!

I broke a filling and the same week one of my front crown came off. I called Aspen Dental. They got me right in put the crown back on for free and now their in the process of repairing my other teeth at a price lower than I have seen anywhere. Very Happy.
