Horrible, very unprofessional the lady Ashley and the front desk was very rude. She rolled her eyes because and was very hateful with me because I asked a question about my bill. She acted like she didn't even want to help. I was scheduled for a cleaning and the cleaning was supposed to be free but they charged me and fee and I asked what it was for and she said very rudely for fluoride. And I didn't ask for fluoride and I didn't want it because I already bought the MI paste that had the fluoride in it. She acted so unprofessional and when I said well I'm going to go somewhere else. She rolled her eyes and said very rudley "Well I guess we can take the fluoride off". I'm thinking doh because I didn't want it and nobody talked to me about getting it or asked me and I didn't ask either. Very unprofessional and rude place. I WILL definitely go somewhere else.

Went for my first visit and I had a absolutely amazing experience. All the staff made me feel so comfortable which i was really nervous about. Every single thing was explained and they made sure I understood what was going to happen. Thank you guys for making me feel at ease!

Aspen Dental in Bartlesville Ok was the best dental service I have ever received, the girls in the dentist office made it pleasant to get the work done that I needed done, they were so friendly and so funny that it released alot of the fear that I had they explained everything that they were going to do to me they were so caring and knowledgeable and were great at what they did, the Dentist was an excellent Dr and was also funny and caring and chimed right in with all the laughter that was going on. I would recommended them highly!

I waited for 45 minutes to get in after my appointment time and then they told me they didnt have time to do my cleaning so id have to reschedule that for another time. When i scheduled my appointment i was told i would have a check up and cleaning. Its a huge hassle for my hisband to take off work for me to go. I will not be returning.

I came in with a broken tooth, that had a silver filling. I had been up all nite and when I came in they had no appointments available, once they seen they pain I was in, they squeezed me in asap. Everyone was great and took care of me quickly.
I am very thankful for a spam dental, they had me and my health and safety in mind when they took care of me its been 4 days and I am feeling great. THANK YOU TO ALL THEY STAFF AT A SPAM DENTAL IN BARTLESVILLE OK, I WILL REC AMEND ALL MY FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS TO YOU. HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL.
