Spring dental is absolutely the best dentist I've had any dealings with! They have a great staff, always super kind and welcoming! The Dr. (Of course I'm sure all of them are this way) I had was awesome through it all both times I had to visit! He remembered me and certain things about me through the experience, in detail, after only being there the one time a year prior, that speaks volumes! They are super patient and understanding and will do what they can to see that your more than comfortable! They genuinely care about the people who walk through their door!

Person that help my younger daughter everything great and communication on point. Person that helped my oldest didn’t communicate well with her and with me not at all. Always have had a pleasant experience until today. Hope it improves. I had to find out the answers from someone else other then person supposed give me info and answers.

Called to make appt, was told they were booked up and that it would be a few weeks. Made appt anyways. They called a week before appt was scheduled and said the dr wasn't going to be in office that day so I had to reschedule and wait a couple more weeks. Then a couple weeks later they message and say that i need to reschedule again because the dr wasnt going to be in that day and it would be a few more weeks. Wasted to much time waiting for appt that will never happen because the dr is never there. Not going to waste any more time making yet another appt that would probably get canceled anyways.

I will not be back. Made an appointment because I have some bad teeth that need to come out and this place decides to overlook what's causing me pain and work on the teeth that aren't bothering me. Left in pain and irritated. Complete waist of my time and my private insurance.
