Mr. Neale at Blackwell Denistry had very poor bedside manner with my young daughter. He lost his patience with her rather quickly and did not try to comfort her during her exam/fillings. When trying to address my concerns with his bedside manner and a insurance claim that I believe to be false, he was very unprofessional and condescending. I would recommend a different dentist, especially with children.

I have been taking my five boys here for a couple years now and have had nothing but satisfaction with the care and compassion Dr. Neale and his staff have given me and my boys. My boys love going there! They are aways excited to go. They have always made them feel comfortable.

I LOVE BLACKWELL DENTISTY I LOVE MY JOB AND DR IS PRETTY AWESOME ALSO !!! I wouldn't know where to start really ... I've worked with Dr Neale for almost 4 years I love working with kids and just people in general and helping them overcome their fears of the dentist that makes my heart happy !! What I love about this guy is his compassion for others and to help others and loves what he does , straight forward , willing to help everyone and his involvement with the community and how much he does for everyone , His patients his Employee's & His family !!! And will never ask for anything in return and takes pride in what he does and has every reason to He's the best Boss I have ever had hands down !!!! Not to mention his wife Katherine they are just really amazing people and I'm glad to be apart of BLACKWELL DENTISTRY !!!! Thank you and hope to see you soon ❤️
