I had gotten in on short notice on Saturday morning, and had a tooth pulled. Each associate was very concerned and hospitable towards me. I literally cried of gratefulness as I left. Very well the best dentist experience I have ever had anywhere.

Cause more issues than when I first came in. Ended up having two root canals when I only needed one then when permanent was in my tooth continued hurting. Second temp crown broke and the ended up canceling my apt to get permanent crown put on but when I called several times won’t answer phone. They lost my first crown and had to make another one now they still don’t have my second one ready after 4 weeks. Not very impressed with their service at all and the pain I’ve endured.

From the moment I stepped into the building, I felt a sense of comfortability! The staff was amazing and I loved the fact that they asked for my autograph instead of “my signature” that made me feel important and I wasn’t just a patient to them! The second time I came, I really felt at home! They remembered me and Dr. Phung even remembered my occupation and details of my family!! My overall experience was AMAZING!! I’ve never been so comfortable in a dentist office in my life!!! I’ve already recommended some of my family members and clients to them! I will never go anywhere else!!!
