First appointment me and my son had went really well and everyone seems like they care about the patients. Without going into detail, My issue is I had a tooth break but I don't feel like they understand how bad tooth pain really is. I feel as though they take many more steps than necessary which I'm sure has to do with insurance or higher up. And it is nearly impossible to get an answer when calling. I am currently playing phone tag with them, again.

It was my first time at Lifetime dentistry and I was very impressed. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. Chandler was my hygienist and did a wonderful , thorough job. The dentist was extremely nice. My appointment was time efficient which I really appreciate.

Received a call from them about a bill from Sept 2021 because they neglected to get in touch with the insurance company or call me back then. They waited over a year to call and when I returned their call no one answered, I called several times left messages and no one returned my calls. I finally get in touch with some one and they tell me I have to get in touch with the insurance company to see if they will pay because of the length of time that has past. That's not my job, their excuse was they were short staff, No you just neglected to take the proper steps to solve the issue and now are trying to put your work off on the customer. I'm old school I believe in customer service and this is not it, why are you trying so hard not to do your job, you spend more trying to get out it then doing and could have been done already. It is not my fault that you did not get in touch with the insurance company and I will never recommended this Dentistry to anyone that I know.

Love this place! Everyone is very nice and professional. They are very accommodating and understanding. My son has Autism and ADHD and they are great with him. We never have any problems getting in for appointments. Highly recommend!

From the correspondence leading to the visit throughout the whole process, they are friendly, professional, and thorough. They work as a team, and make you feel like you’re the only patient on earth. At first it was all good they were able to extract teeth that were causing huge problems for me, but a couple days ago I had a missed call and voice mail from them on my old phone so for the passed 3 days now(since Feb 1st 2023 to Feb 3rd) I've called more then 5 times have left 3 voice-mail detailing who I am and what I'm trying to inquire about and even leave my current cell number and being told today that someone would call me(5hours ago) and no one has called me back at all. terrible service there wish I could do this with out adding a star they don't even deserve a single star

The visit was friendly. They did go over everything I need to have done. I just wish they offered more payments options for people like me that have little to no dental coverage and can’t get approved for Care Credit. I have to have a lot of work done on very limited pay. Overall nice and friendly staff.
