I am normally skeptical about going to Dennis this place at a nice environment friendly staff great music going they also put on a movie for you to watch during the procedure which is kind of cool keep your mind off of the teeth being ripped out of your mouth or repaired the doctor ask you a bunch of questions to make sure I understand what's going on made me feel very comfortable and safe normally I'm scared I will be going to this dentist again in the future.. thank you for stopping my pain.. I wish I could give 10 stars! I just left spring dental had to have them fix something another dentist messed up, I've been in pain and just miserable for a week, and they got me on the right track! Everyone from the girls up front (who im gonna add are the nicest ladies ever) to just random nurses walking by were so nice and sweet! And everyone was smiling, Dr.boren is just down right awesome, best dentist I've ever been to! I will NEVER go anywhere else! You guys rock spring dental Thank You a million times!

Sadly, my original 5 star review (for the Dentist performance) has been downgraded to a 1 star for the failed business/billing practices. I had work done on 2/28/19, I received a printed quote for work to be done, did the work, and they had an error on their end and billed my Ins provider as out of network, which were charges over twice the amount as the contracted in-network price. This also happened on my daughter's account too. Ok, mistakes happen. Unfortunately, what is not ok is when I have to call to request they fix it on 3/21 and they were already aware of the problem because they were paid twice as much. They said give it 1 month for insurance adjustment. Nothing, no follow up like they said they would do. I called them back after 2 months on 5/29. Oops! No one requested the adjustment yet...We'll get right on it, give it 2 weeks max (per email I have/requested) to get adjusted. On 6/21 I received a voicemail saying the Ins. claim has been fixed, now all we have to do is adjust your statement/chart with us. They overcharged me out-of-pocket as well for me and my daughter. Still waiting to get refunded my over payment to them. On 7/8 I canceled my 6-month cleaning because I am so disappointed in their back office. The fact its taking 4 1/2 months for them to return money the Ins. co. overpaid them and still owe me really feels like negligence or unethical practices. I still have no proof of the corrected Ins. claim or statement from them, and I'm 99% sure they are still dropping the ball on fixing my daughters billing error too, because I've gotten nothing on that yet. I feel like I've given them enough grace to fix this, so I am taking my experience to the public as a warning that while they are friendly on the front end, the back office can ruin your experience and waste your time and money. Did I mention I have spent 3+ hours researching my Ins. billing trying to figure out what the bill should be to compare when they finally fix mine? Maybe a manager will reach out to me now - we shall see.
