I have never experienced a Dental office that made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was so nice, gentle and detailed. I don’t like going to the dentist but I will make this my home for dental care and you should too

So I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, this place is amazing. They talked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable, proceeded to explain what was being done so I was in the know at all times. The whole staff from the moment you walk in, is so dang kind. I can’t wait to go back and finish my mouth up, and I have never said that in my life about the dentist. If you are scared or worried, this is the place for you. ❤️

Prime Time dental assistants and dentists care about patient comfort and satisfaction. They have many kind employees to help with very thorough cleanings, x-rays, and a personalized plan of care. Previously, my experience with other dentists had been abysmal; dental sadist who apparently took joy in suffering, evidenced by painful techniques, loud tools, long waits, my aching jaw, the taste of blood and fluoride, and their mammoth hands and bills which left me in tears. Therefore, I fearfully dodged all dentists for decades, so as to not become the sad victim in a horror flick who ultimately dies a painful death from drills and bills. Sadly, my tooth and gum health paid the price. The individuals at Prime Dental didn't shun me for not flossing nor trigger any traumautic flashbacks but ensured my comfort throughout the process and let me be apart of my treatment plan so I could understand why certain work was necessary, options available, discussing cost before work had been done.
Thank you for helping heal past dental trauma, redefining my perceptions of dentistry, having multiple convient partnering locations, so that even after my move to Norman, I can boldly flash my new and better, smile, knowing myself and friends and family will receive optimal lifelong dental care!

I wAs so nervous but the staff was sooooo nice to me! The drs n AssistAnts were cool n nice As well. They got my problemAtic tooth numbed up n out so quick, I wAs like oh, you're done?.. lol great experience, I def recommend this office!! Thank you, thAnk you, thAnk youuuuu!!!! 🤘🏻🥰🤩😎🤘🏻

Dadonna older lady at the desk is extremely rude hostile person every time I'm there she's hung up on me and more they charge me and I have insurance false charges that I had to dispute over and over about gas I never received, the rest of staff is curtious if you see her at the front desk you'll see it could be how she is to African Americans cause she's like this every time she also threatened to call the police if I don't get off my phone? Really yes

Horrible place came in for an exam for a kid they put way to big of a filling on a tooth that should have been a root canal and it's infected now beware of this and we also had issues with the front staff be careful!!! Stay away from here

The vibe of the office is very welcoming. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a pleasant receptionist, a cute waiting room, and COFFEE! The work area is open, the technology is up-to-date and non-invasive, and the knowledge of the dentist and assistants was vast. I felt like I was in good hands and they wanted nothing more than to help. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to and flexible with my time. Just a great overall experience.
10/10, will visit again in 6 months.

Prime dental are the best. The dentist there is very intense and picky about my dentures. The staff is professional and personable. Wouldn't go anywhere else
