We brought our 27 yr old handicap son to Drumright Dental for dental surgery today, November 17, 2022. Everything went perfectly, everything was taken care of, everyone was amazing and I would highly recommend Drumright Dental. As a parent of someone with disabilities it’s hard finding dentist and/or doctors but to find one so awesome, competent, professional and caring is a Godsend. Thank you Drumright Dental and thank you for choosing an incredible hospital to service your patients, Drumright Regional Hospital, those people were equally the most caring, professional, competent and incredible surgery staff I have ever encountered.

I love Drumright Dental and their staff. They have great customer service and they do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. They show you your dental plan and offer possible ways to pay such as care credit. When I got there they were looking for my insurance so that was a wait which was fine. I was sent back after being told they got my insurance. They did an X-ray and I was waiting in my room. I was under the impression that they had figured out the insurance. The financial advisor came back showing me my treatment plan and my bill. They did not tell me they could not use my insurance and that I would be doing cash pay. I would have not continued with my appointment. This was my first time going to an appointment without a parent since I am 18. So I thought everything was fine. Transparency before would have been nice since I did pay $215 for an office visit and the X-ray that I thought my insurance would cover and did not even get my problem fixed. I would think since I was waiting to go back until they got my insurance they would not have sent me back if it was not going to work.

My son is severely mentally challenged, but has always been treated with patience and kindness by everyone he is in contact with.
His teeth are cleaned good and usually with minimum waiting time.

Been coming here for years never had a problem but this time I was running late made it there within the 10 minute window and everyone turned into goblins. The young blonde girl at the desk was rude I kept getting little rude remarks from everyone from the front desk to the hygienist. I had horrible anxiety because of it. I drive 40 minutes to go here now I’m rethinking my decision. Maybe it’s time to find somewhere new.
