They are extremely incompetent. New receptionist about every couple months with no clue on how to work a computer. My new dentist tried to get my x-rays from them and they didn't send. They are so incompetent, they cost me 180$ even after I quit them. I will let everyone know about their incompetence. So many things wrong with this place. đź‘Ž

If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist I would not recommend New Image Dentistry. I had no idea I would feel so anxious during my cavity filling. I felt Dr. Nosrati could have handled the situation better.
For the future I would suggest to New Image Dentistry to offer the patient short breaks through out the procedure. My jaw was in so much pain. I also suggest you explain what is normal to feel during the procedure. It had been so long since the last time I had Novocain and I didn’t know what discomfort was normal or abnormal during a cavity filling. Finally, I wish that when I did begin to get overwhelmed and nervous, to be reminded to breathe in and out, instead of being met with a lecture about how this was not an “emotional event”.
Dr. Nosrati told me I needed 5 cavities filled and it was going to cost my insurance and me thousands of dollars. After going to a different dentist I found out only 2 of those 5 teeth actually needed this attention. I was given medicated toothpaste, and I feel so thankful to have saved that money.

Absolutely the worst dental experience I've ever had the dentist was rude and very judgement not friendly or comforting at all made me fill awful and discouraged I also had a infection in my tooth and she canceled on and rescheduled on me 3 times had me waiting for 2 months so I went somewhere else do not go here if you have sooner are cause you will get the least best care
