New Image Dentistry

This week I finally agreed to have New Image Dentistry complete my journey to a healthier mouth. I had convinced myself that i did not need to have a dental implant for a tooth that i had extracted from the back of my jaw more than 2 years ago. It was not the financial aspect that prevented me from having it done as soon as advised by my hygienist but, rather the fear of the pain I may under go. The truth is the procedure is very smooth for most everyone. I myself have a very difficult time getting numb enough to not feel some of the procedure itself. My follow up was 6 days later to remove the few stitches that were required. I must say, now that all this is behind me, I feel ashamed that I waited as long as I did to have this done. (Note to self. "Listen to your hygienist, she knows what she is talking about") The staff at New Image Dentistry in my opinion is one of Oklahoma finest. I would recommend this group of ladies to anyone needing dental care now or in the future. I trust these people a great deal and I am proud to say, I have the best dental team anywhere working on my greatest attribute . My Smile. Thank you New Image Dentistry of Edmond , Oklahoma.

I am extremely pleased with all the care I have received at New Image Dentristy and highly recommend .this .talented dentist.

I would not even want to give one star on my experience with this clinic. I have never had a problem with the dentist but with the billing and appointments, I do. I missed an appointment recently for a family emergency for which I was charged 75 dollars. I have been with this clinic for over a year and no one has ever told me about the no show policy and the text reminders also does not say anything. Secondly, their billing department is not clear on how much you owe and their statements have changed on numerous occasion. I feel they do not know what they are doing. I had to keep a track on every payment made by me as well as insurance and remind them every time. After six months of completion of Invisalign treatment and my last appointment with them, they sent me an invoice that I still owe them money. I am so furious and will never be going back again. I am planning to report this to dental board.

I had both a crown & a filling yesterday at New Image Dentistry. Kudos to both Dr. Nosrati & her assistant, Christina, for their calm, gentle, professional manner. No one likes dental work, but when you are in a professional, trusted setting, it makes it a lot easier...

Amazing place! Very clean and comfortable. The office has tons of cutting-edge technology and I felt very informed. The doctors were very kind and sweet. I felt like I was talking with old friends. I believe I have found my new dentist!

I've been a patient of Dr. Nosrati's for 10 years, and I've taken my kids to her since their first check up. She is caring, thorough, and gives extremely helpful, tailored advice at every visit. And just like Dr. Nosrati, her staff is friendly, professional, and dedicated to keeping your smile squeaky clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been with Dr Nosrati for the last ten years , I have enjoyed with the professionality of her and her staff . She takes care of her patients with respect and dignity . She does a great job . My husband , my daughter and I are going there for dental treatments at all times .

I was referred to Dr. Nostrati when I moved to Edmond in 2012. She is a wonderful dentist and person. She has given sound advice and has followed through with great skill. I am 65-years old and have needed a lot of dental work. She is the best dentist that I have ever gone to.

I just completed my first appointment with Dr Nosrati. My first impressions are very positive! I was greeted with a smile from Carol. Olivia was my dental hygienist who completed my initial assessment and first cleaning. She was exceptional! Unfortunately, Dr Nosrati found issues that I wasn't expecting, but it was clear from the x-rays that they needed to be fixed, so she along with her staff is setting me up with a treatment plan. Dr Nosrati and staff uses up to date technology - professional, effective, efficient, and caring. I will continue with Dr Nosrati as my new dentist.

New Image Dentistry staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices are reasonable and they are willing to get you the best service for what your dental needs are. My whole family uses them and I am so lucky we found them!
